All three of us went to class and behaved like nothing had happened. What was more surprising was that none of our classmates and teachers asked where were we during the assembly. I expected that there would be commotion about some giant creature on the roof or at least about the noises but nothing, everyone was quite normal like it was normal to see a monster on our school roof. Seeing my confused face Seri whispered " IT'S BECAUSE OF THE CLEN. IT IS A FORCE THAT KEEPS EVERYONE AWAY AND CREATES A SPACE WHERE SEEN FROM OUTSIDE IS NORMAL FOR EVERYONE ELSE BUT ONLY PEOPLE WITH SPIRIT POWERS LIKE ME AND LISA CAN ENTER THIS DORM. IT'S A TECHNIQUE USED BY SPIRIT USERS TO TRAP THOSE CREATURES WHICH WE CALL" GHOUL". SO U SHOULDN'T WORRY ABOUT BEING CAUGHT, OK". With that, she smiled, went to her seat, and gave a cute smile I would have said, but the way she crushed that THING maybe I was starting to get afraid of both of them.
Well, everything gets weird when you grow up. It's like the things that seemed right in our childhood don't seem right when we grow up. I mean I loved superheroes and wanted to become one, but everything changed when I banged into the wall called reality. I wouldn't know that my life would be dragged into some lame comic book-style story. Honestly, I would like to go back to my normal life, if possible.
Anyways, school got over without anyone knowing that there was a huge monster on our school roof. I mean it's almost like I have lost my mind. Would anyone believe me when they listen to me? It sounds crap to me; how could I convince others? Lisa & Seri were surrounded by people as always. If I didn't know about their secret, I believe I would have been in that group. I have a bigger task in my hand. I somehow have to tell my parents about going to Kyoto without telling them about all this " GHOUL" thing and the powers. Lisa and Seri said they have a plan so I hoped that everything could go just fine. I talked to them about "THE PLAN " but they told me that they had covered everything and I didn't need to worry about anything. Sun was about to set and the light beamed on Lisa's face and I don't have any words to how beautiful she looked. Not a single one could tell that such a gorgeous girl could hunt down a huge monster that was triple her size. She noticed me and asked "IS THER SOMETHING ON MY FACE ?" to which I replied " I WAS JUST WONDERING HOW COULD A BEAUTY LIKE YOU COULD BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF A GHOUL WHICH SEEMS TO KILL ANYTHING IN its WAY" and I realized that I have something embarrassing and started to think of an excuse but they both went ahead.
Lisa was trying to hide her blushed face and Seri was teasing her. But Rudran was not aware of it. they both went to their hotels where someone was waiting there with a black suitcase in their hand. once entered, the suitcase-holding person opened it, and a hologram image of Lisa's grandma appeared.
That night I was very nervous about leaving my family. But I knew that if I want to protect my family, I need strength and for that, I need to understand myself. During the dinner, I asked the father if he wanted to tell me something related to my birth. Lisa and Seri said that I was born with powers and that maybe he knew about it but got nothing. After dinner, Dad called me in his office. He was wearing his glasses. He asked me " IS THERE SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO SAY? YOU WERE ACTING DURING THE DINNER TABLE AS WELL." I was taken aback at that time. I thought that Dad knew about the "GHOUL" and the powers. He said " IS THERE SOMETHING THAT IS BOTHERING HIM? DID SOMETHING HAPPEN AT SCHOOL?" Seeing him worried about me like this pained me and the worst part is that I can't tell him about the things that is happening. I told him that there is nothing to worry about. It's just that there is something I need to decide for our class for the upcoming school festival. After hearing it he somewhat relaxed and said" YOU DON'T NEED TO STRESS IT OUT. JUST DO WHAT YOU CAN AND GIVE YOUR 100%. IF YOU WANT TO DISCUSS ABOUT IT, YOU CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON ME." That's just like him. He always got my back like some soldier giving cover for another soldier. Before I could tell him, a big blast sound came from downstairs. I and Dad rushed downstairs and found Mom and my brother lying unconscious and they both were bleeding. I got scared. I was not in my right mind to think clearly about anything. I didn't know what to do. But Dad told me to get a hold of myself. Before I could reply a huge monster slashed him in front of me. He was bleeding. I just rushed to him and was trying something to stop his bleeding. That 'GHOUL' stood there and was watching me with a face that showed it was happy seeing me miserable. I looked him in the eye and I was very furious. When he moved toward Dad, I stood before him. I had very mixed feelings which was nothing new to me. But this was different from other times. I wanted to protect my family from that thing and most of all I just wanted to kill it, kill that thing that made my family in that state. My mind was not in the right state to make any reasonable actions and maybe that's the reason I just took a fist at him. Anyone knows that it was a foolish step but when I shook my fist at him, I felt like all my blood was flowing to the hand and my cells were producing some kind of electricity. The moment my fist touched him some kind of electric beam came out and the ghoul turned to ashes.
When I woke up, found myself in the hospital. Doctors and policemen were everywhere. After some time, they told me that it was a gas blast and not only happened at my home but in several other places in the State. Lisa and Seri were there and were also in shock. The ghouls have not shown such patterns before, it's like they are evolving and thinking like humans. I was told that my brother and mother were out of danger, but my dad was in a serious situation. As he had lost a lot of blood his condition was severe. I couldn't muster any courage to look at my dad in that state.
My injuries healed faster than normal people. My vision and hearing got sharper and I could feel the electricity running in my body, but more than that my skin got harder and it felt like I am some kind of wall, not some wall but a strong wall that couldn't be broken. Lisa and Seri came to me about the incident but before they could finish off the sentence, I got up and said" THEY HAVE TOUCHED THINGS WHICH THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE. THEY TRIED TO KILL MY FAMILY. I WILL MAKE THEM REGRET ABOUT IT. EARTH TREMBLES WHEN LORD SHIVA OPENS HIS THIRD EYE BUT MORE THAN IT FEARS WHEN MAHA DEV BECOMES MAHA KAAL. I WILL BEGIN MY RUDRA TANDAAV AND DESTROY EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM WHO WANTS TO COME AFTER ME AND MY FAMILY."
