Arthur snuggles against the classmate sweetly by himself enjoying the moment while Father Bernard watches him with intensity.
(Arthur is okay with this classmate?!)
The hooded figure remained still while watching Arthur poked or pushed them.
(Arthur approves?! Now that's something you don't see everyday!)
He put Arthur on the same couch as the classmate to see how he would react to a stranger, but Arthur did find the situation in his favor as he gets to play with the hooded person this time around instead of watching with fascination.
"Does Ms.Bernard have trouble being under house arrest?"
"..A bit, but that is for the best"
The change in topic made Father Bernard change the position on his chair.
"I remember getting house arrest a few times as well, so I kind of relate to the trouble of staying in one place for a long time"
"So that's the reason why you brought the books?"
"Well, yes, but that mostly have to do with Ms.Argonaut's plan for her during House Arrest"
"I really do owe her a lot for this, and you as well, she spoke of your cooperation in my daughter's case"
"Ah, she did?"
"Yes, so you have my thanks for that"
"Thank you, Mr.Bernard"
"No problem. ....By the way what's your name?"
"Oh, it's---"
Just then the door opened and out came Laura with a tray of food.
(Ah....)
Currently, the three are in the dining room which is also technically a living room that are connected to each other with no walls separating each section of the house since it is convenient to move from one place to another and express freedom of movement.
Something he began to regret now that the kitchen door opened, and out came Laura in her nightgown.
Since she has gotten her mother's looks and his power it was obvious she would be both beautiful and powerful, but in this situation he is worried due to the former part.
The nightgown does cover her entire body, but it is also a piece of attire that shouldn't be worn for outsiders to see, in this case the presence of a guest.
(If I see more than 206 bones in your body, I will crush it!!!)
He watch as the two interact with each other, Laura became conscious of her attire much to his relief while the guest remain normal, no extra bone in sight.
The guest soon left after a short conversation with her and Laura soon sat at the dining table where she began small talk with her father and little brother before finishing her meal and leave to do other things.
(That kid is surprisingly well-mannered even in the face of my vulnerable Laura (nightgown edition)!!!) the guest have earned a bit of approval from Father Bernard from this interaction that day.

Day 4
"Oh, Laura, what are you doing there this late afternoon?" asked her mother, coming home for the day to sort out books to bring to the Magic Tower.
"It's nothing"
"I see. Then I will be in the study"
"Yes, mother"
"....Fufu" she chuckled softly her eyes turning soft at her daughter's appearance.
Her usual attire would be either a nightgown or an overall that covers her body, but this time she puts in extra effort to her looks despite being under house arrest.
(I smell a good story~)
She also remembered her husband talking about a mysterious guest who he couldn't tell if it was a guy or a girl, but his protectiveness is leaning towards being a guy. He was so stressed that she had to stop him before he starts casting multiple spells in the house for the guest's next visit.
(My husband really don't trust our daughter at all) she felt jealous that her daughter gets all the attention more than she did, which left her no choice but to go grab the secret gift she had hidden and use it earlier than usual (for her husband's birthday).
Mother Bernard leans slightly out of the doorframe and watches her daughter wait by the door, hand clasped together, then to the sides, then behind her back, then leans on the counter by the door.
(Oh~, so cute!)
She remembered that she only was this fidgety whenever she wasn't prepared for something which made her move around to try and calm herself down whenever she's by herself.
The soft melodic sound of the doorbell sent Laura into catching something in the air quickly earning another amused chuckle from her mother.
Opening the door Laura greeted the guest.
"Hello, Ms.Bernard"
"Hello"
"Here's your stuff for today"
"Thank you"
"You're faster this time around" the person noted the new change in their routine.
"Yes, well, I was expecting you since you told me about your usual arrival time"
"Your trust in my travel time is really something, I'm glad I am able to meet your expectations"
"I felt the same way as well"
"So, where's your brother today?"
"He's staying at the nursery longer than usual"
"Oh, okay, well I guess I'll see you later then"
"Alright, same time tomorrow? My expectation in you will be just as strong as today"
"I will try.."
"You will right?"
"....Yes"
"That's great to hear, see you tomorrow next time, dear guest"
"Okay, see you then"
"Very well"
(No!!!!)
Screamed Mother Bernard inside her head.

"Laura!"
"Eh?! Mother?!"
Laura's mother appeared from nowhere and hurried to her, grabbed her shoulder, and shook them gently.
"How could you not invite your hooded visitor inside to stay a bit longer?!"
"Huh? What? How did you know?!"
"I was watching!"
"Wait? What?!"
"Get them back, now!!"

"Oh, no problem, I thought you called me because a car was about to hit me or something"
Involving shouting at the top of her lungs where many people can hear.

She wanted to go back to her room and hide under the cover already.
