At the same time, behind Kakashi, two S-Class heroes watched his performance.
"I don't know… how strong is this new guy?" murmured Tornado, her voice tinged with sass.
As a psychic powerhouse, she was one of the top-ranked heroes in the entire Hero Association. Despite her incredible strength, she had been forced to withdraw from the frontlines after facing several opponents. Her energy had been depleted, and now she was observing Kakashi with a mixture of curiosity and annoyance.
Beside her stood Bang, the elderly hero known for his Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist. Although his body was slightly hunched with age, there was still a sharpness in his eyes, revealing the strength he possessed. He, too, had fought many enemies in the previous battle, and like Tornado, his energy had started to wane.
Kakashi, however, had stepped in, confident that he could handle the opponent on his own. For Bang, it was a welcome break. He watched Kakashi with a sense of amusement, hoping that the younger hero could indeed win on his own.
After a moment of thought, Bang spoke up, answering Tornado's question.
"We'll see. If this young man can't handle it, we'll step in," Bang said with a smirk. "But for now, let's see how this plays out."
"Judging from his physical condition and fighting posture," Bang commented, his voice steady and firm, "he's a seasoned warrior."
"Not to mention anything else, his movements are flawless. It's clear that his body is operating with precision, a product of countless life-and-death battles."
Bang's eyes gleamed with respect as he continued, "This level of mastery over his own body is extraordinary. Not something you see every day."
His words were impactful, carrying the weight of someone who had spent his life honing his martial arts. As a master of his craft, Bang knew skill when he saw it, and his assessment of Kakashi was spot-on. Without relying on any gadgets or special techniques, Bang had reached the level of the top 5 heroes purely through his martial prowess.
Tornado, still visibly tense, glanced at Bang, clearly surprised.
"I don't know much about martial arts…" she muttered, a hint of uncertainty in her voice. "But can someone like him take down that... thing, relying only on martial arts?"
It wasn't that she didn't trust Bang's judgment; it was the fact that the creature before them was far beyond anything they'd encountered. Standing three or four stories tall with more than twelve massive arms, each tipped with terrifying claws, the monster was an overwhelming sight. Its very form seemed unnatural, its presence exuding an evil, monstrous aura.
The thought of two S-Class heroes facing such an opponent seemed daunting, even for Tornado, and she wasn't the type to doubt her strength. The others—Tornado and the rest of the group—watched in silence as the battle unfolded.
The monstrous figure of Groribas glared down at Kakashi with disdain, its voice booming.
"Human!" it growled, its voice dripping with contempt. "Look at your small fragile body. You can't possibly defeat me!"
He eyed Groribas, the monstrous creature before him. "You know, you kind of look like a giant crab. Maybe after this, I'll grab some sushi... You're not going to be much of a snack, though." The comment was completely out of place for the situation, but Kakashi's trademark humor slipped out even in the heat of battle.
"Thinking about food. I'm actually in a better mood now," he continued with a smirk. "So, I'll use you to try out some new moves."
Without further ado, Kakashi swiftly formed hand seals, his movements precise and practiced. A powerful surge of lightning erupted from his body.
"Royal Thunder!"
A massive bolt of purple lightning descended from the sky, like divine retribution, crashing down upon the monster.
Bang and Tornado watched in surprise as the lightning struck.
"Is he a lightning-type ability user?" Bang muttered, astonished by the sheer scale of the attack.
Tornado was equally taken aback. "What a rare ability!" she exclaimed, her eyes widening. "An ability user who can launch such a massive attack... he must be at the level of an S-class hero!"
Her voice carried a note of shock and disbelief. Tornado, who often looked down on other heroes, had never expected to see a fellow S-class hero demonstrate such strength, especially with just a single move. Kakashi's power was comparable to her own, which was rare in her eyes.
Bang, still processing the sight, added, "Such a master... Why haven't I heard about someone like him before!"
Meanwhile, Groribas, now caught in the powerful electric current, trembled violently as the lightning ravaged its body.
But this wasn't the end.
"Earth Style: Earth Spikes!" Kakashi called out, his voice calm but resolute.
"Water Style: Water Dragon Bomb Technique!"
"Fire Style: Great Fireball Technique!"
"Wind Style: Vaccum Blade!"
In an instant, several Shadow Clones emerged, each standing in a different position around the massive monster. They unleashed an overwhelming barrage of powerful elemental ninjutsu, each one a force to be reckoned with.
The Great Fireball, as tall as half a building, engulfed the monster's body, scorching it with immense heat.
Next came the Earth Flow Wall, solid and unyielding, trapping the monster in place, rendering it immobile.
The Water Dragon Bomb, roaring like a living creature, washed over the monster, its ferocity unrelenting as it slammed into the beast's form, soaking and crushing it.
And then came the Vaccum Blades—dozens of invisible, razor-sharp blades slicing through the air, ripping deep cuts into the monster's flesh.
Each attack was perfectly coordinated, overwhelming the beast with a variety of elemental forces. Kakashi's mastery of ninjutsu was on full display, his hands dancing from one technique to the next without a moment's hesitation.
As the barrage raged on, Kakashi couldn't help but feel a surge of exhilaration.
So cool... so cool!
He had never unleashed such a massive, coordinated attack all at once. The sheer scale and power of these ninjutsu thrilled him. He had always been cautious with his chakra use, but now, thanks to his recent power-up, there was no need to hold back.
There were no more limitations. No more worries about running low on chakra. He could just... let loose.
Kakashi grinned to himself, watching the monster struggle under the barrage. And it's only the beginning.
Kakashi stood there, effortlessly cool. Meanwhile, Tornado and Bang watched, completely dumbfounded.
"This... What kind of superpower is this guy using?" Tornado whispered, eyes wide in curiosity.
Bang was equally shocked, his voice trembling. "So many different elements... He can release them all at once. What kind of superpower is that?"
Tornado, still stunned, glanced at Bang. "Don't ask me. I have my psychic superpowers, but this... I don't know how he's doing it. Is this just a single superpower?"
Both heroes were deeply shaken. There was no ninja in their world that could manipulate multiple elements like this. Water, lightning, fire, earth—all conjured seemingly out of thin air. It was beyond rare in their experience.
Under Kakashi's relentless assault, the massive opponent finally crashed to the ground, defeated. But Kakashi, still brimming with energy, wasn't entirely satisfied.
"Ugh, this is frustrating," he muttered to himself. "I barely used up any chakra. Why is this taking so long?"
Despite his pride in his abilities, Kakashi couldn't shake the feeling that something was missing. His chakra reserves were still nearly full, and the fight had dragged on longer than he expected.
Meanwhile, on other battlefields, the Hokages displayed their impressive strength. Ninjas of all kinds unleashed a flurry of Jutsu, weaving a dazzling display of elemental mastery. The air crackled with power as various magical techniques emerged, each more breathtaking than the last.
The onlookers were left in complete shock.
"When did so many unknown S-class heroes appear?" they murmured, their minds racing.
What confused them even more was that these heroes—many of whom were clearly among the strongest—had come from nowhere. Where had these powerful heroes come from, and what power did they even belong to? The mystery weighed heavily on their minds.
