The city was large, though not as massive as Eiyu, still holding considerable size.
As the royal city, it was where the King and Queen resided. Kinley was under the rule of two prominent clans: Winsen Clan and Verninne Clan. The upper city, which housed the Royal Castle, belonged to the Winsen Clan, as the current king, Luthor Von Winsen the Third, hailed from this lineage. The lower part of the city was controlled by the Verninne Clan.
Both clans held significant influence in the Mage country, and interestingly, they shared a close familial bond as they traced their origins to the same ancestry. Legends spoke of the Verninne Clan's ancestor willingly relinquishing the throne to the ancestor of the Winsen Clan, a powerful gesture showcasing their brotherhood and unity.
