Cassandra's pov
Coming out of my dreamland I see Vincent coming closer to me and I was rooted to the ground thinking about what he might do next. He came too close to me, pulled me by my waist, and held me in his hands. He brought his face closer to mine in a slow motion, he was soo close to me that I could feel his breath was fanning on my face. He pressed his body to mine and closed the little gap between us.
Though he was 6-foot-tall our face was right opposite to one another almost touching since I am 5'8, thanks to my genes. I looked into his eyes and was staring back at me. I was mesmerised by his facial features and was lost in his dark brown eyes that almost looked black like mine, he was not giving out any emotions for me to understand if he is happy or unhappy about our situation. finally, he closed the distance between our lips and crashed his lips to mine.
