Chapter 2:Prologue [Battle of Decades]
"I curse your bloodline as well as you." Agalt, the queen of the witch race, continued singing these words as she reached out and grabbed hold of Sera's skin. After doing so,she started dispersing to ashes, her body dispersing into ashes before being carried away by the winds that were brought on by the impacts of clashes. "And I curse your descendants, your only bloodline that inherits your legacy," she said.After saying these last words, "I place the bloodline bond on you!!!," she vanished from the battleground, leaving only one person to maintain his position.Despite his wounds, scars, and gushing blood, Sera stood tall. Though clearly worn out he was unable to stop here.He had to this point had the opportunity to kill the witch race's leader and injure three of the strongest humans, but he had not yet seen the vampire race's leader on the battlefield.
He said lightly "Those three peoples, but sadly I think the other two will die, leaving that annoying Remus," and then turned to look at what was happening all around him. Unfortunately, what he saw was sad; all around him were dead bodies of his comrades lying there on the battleground. Upon seeing this, he lost his temper and turned to see five humans speeding toward him from behind.He was outraged as he saw the five people charging at him and transformed into the fifth form of the werewolf, the genuine wolf form, because he knew that this was going to happen because this was a war and there would be lots of casualties.Any werewolf who has attained this stage will benefit from this form's superior perception and senses in all of their stats.In this state, he began to change, growing larger than usual and developing claws from his hands.He was able to predict every move that his opponents would make because of his advance vision.He could see their motions well because of the halo that surrounded them; as a result, he was able to predict every move they took and swiftly kill them.He advanced, slaughtering his way through, leaving the fight without receiving a scratch.He moved quickly into the area where the werewolves were holding their ground, inflicting a bloodbath that made the opponents more fearful.
"G..g..re..g,w...e..e. ha..av..ve t..o m..mov..ve t..o pp..l...an.. tw...o" As he was in that state, he found it difficult to talk, speaking to a man who was covered in blood; upon closer inspection, it was himself who was bleeding, and his body was covered with wounds that were not mending.Greg was considered one of the strongest werewolves ever, but after witnessing the wounds, Sera realized that they had to make the sacrifice for the future generations in order to protect their breed.All of the younger werewolves had been sent onto different human planets already when they had made arrangements.
On Mars, everyone was either an elder or a soldier.All the elders and Sera had drained their blood into a container at the previous meeting, and Tray was given the container to keep it safely for future generations.After placing some seals, it is going to choose its replacement at the appropriate moment.Young and given this task, Tray made a pledge to accomplish it for his father, knowing full well that it would be their final conversation.He departed the planet after being instructed to travel far away and never reveal himself or his skills, even if his bloodline were to awaken.
Those close by who overheard this were clear of what was being said.They had received a briefing on the second strategy.
Some people's faces lit up with joy, while others began to cry as they listened to what they said.
Is Zeno dead? Greg in human form questioned after observing the battlefield.
Sera responded, "No, He hasn't even shown himself on the battlefield," as he began to change back into the second form. -We must lure him out.Let's build the wolf pack, I think.
Greg turned, and everyone in the area nodded in agreement. They were aware that joining the wolf pack would drain them of their source of life.
Greg gave the order, "Form the wolf pack in a group of twenty, don't worry about it, and save your life for later."Having been in charge of military affairs and guiding the soldiers into battle, they had great respect and belief in him.They hurriedly organized themselves into groups and immediately began to use their special talents to make the skill function.There was an elder in each group who would issue orders.They started making their way in the direction of their enemies' camp, using their active skill to kill everyone who came within four meters of them.The vampire race's leader emerged to observe their every move at the focal point of the camp, confirming that their strategy had been successful.
"Ready our armies, I believe it's time to claim the victory. The leader of the vampire race, Zeno, said, "Send some people to eliminate those three people and he should do it cleanly. Those human bastards have served their part of the bargain."The vampire warriors' faces lit up when they saw Zeno approaching the front of the army.
"Have you all had your share of those bastards' blood?,If not, then today we end their legacy for them." This was what he wanted—to raise the spirit of his army—and he shouted it out loud enough for all the vampires to hear.
"Chaaaaarge,kill till your heart succumb,and drink till your stomach fills,"He moved quickly because, given their quickness and actions they were able to reach their targets without interference. They quickly drew nearer to their approaching enemies.
All of Sera's comrades had an increase in their stats as a result of him guiding his people and activating his bloodlines uniqueness. It didn't take long for them to start fighting as the werewolves began breaching the vampires' defenses and attacking them. Unfortunately, many of them were hurt, which contributed to the burning of their source of life.They were maintaining their position.
Two people stood across from one another in an area far from the ongoing fights.
-I warned you not to turn down my offer.
Sera smirked and said, "You think it's over," before Zeno swung at him. Sera parried the strike and delivered a punch of his own.They were all equally strong and maintaining their positions.This went on for a bit before they all started throwing punches one after the other.
Zeno was sent flying backwards by Sera's short-range punch, which he couldn't evade. This gave Sera some time to change into the fourth form. Furious at being sent flying backwards, Zeno exploded with blood as he stood up from the ground and felt his bones recovering to normal. He was unsurprised to see his own blood and shouted, "Sera!!You remain as strong as ever, and I doubt that those humans were able to wear you down.Before Sera could complete his transformation into an animal, he rushed up and arrived before him,throwing a series of aggressive punches.
"Let get serious,hehe "Zeno smirked.
