Third person POV
Later, at night, at dinner time, in her dorm room, Catalina was cooking classical British food. Her food consisted of classical British Fish fingers, chips and beans, and a small pie of Shepherd's Pie. She prepared a lot, and it took 1 hour for her to make all of them. But it was worth it because she finally sat down to eat up her delicious, British meal. Her dorm room was quiet, and 2 hours, she went out to buy the ingredients for this big, formal meal and for food for the next few days. Her family in the UK was rich, so she could afford that much food with their money, which was sent every month. As she ate her tasty, classical, and familiar meal, Catalina wondered what her classmates would eat for dinner, assuming that the majority of them were Japanese, so Japanese food was their food for dinner. Being British, her favorite foods are British ones that are formal and classical.
But, at breakfast time, Catalina was preparing her English breakfast when she sniffed some delicious smell coming from Kichi's dorm room. Curious, she went to the balcony to peek at Kichi's dorm room kitchen, only to see that Kichi was making Tapsilog, a classical Filipino dish.
"What is that thing?" Catalina's mind asked.
Kichi, having marinated the pork chops overnight, was now frying the marinated Tapsilog meat in a hot, oiled pan, producing a nice smell and a sizzling noise.
The boy with the Danger Sensation ability was doing it while humming happily, being in high spirits.
After some frying, Kichi took the hot and sweet-sour meat out of the pan and placed it on a ceramic plate, before draining most of the oil into a bowl to fry the leftover rice from last night.
After some time, Kichi is now done and placed his meal, alongside a cup of coffee and a glass of water, on the dining table, before sitting down to enjoy. He then made a prayer gesture. "Thanks for the food." The boy then grabbed his spoon and fork and ate, tasting the meat with rice beside it. "So good!" he said to himself delightfully.
"What kind of food is he eating?" Catalina asked herself, before sniffing the smoke from her burning meal on the stove.
She got alerted and went back inside to get it under control before it would trigger the fire alarms.
After that, her food was nearly burned, and she blamed Kichi for that, even though it was her fault for being distracted.
Nevertheless, she ate her food despite being nearly burned black, causing a displeasure on her taste buds.
