It was past midnight when Noah walked into the house, rubbing his neck and deep in thought.
'Why did the Duke leave us behind and go away alone?'
'Did he realize how shocked we were when one of the guards abruptly informed us that he had departed? What if he had figured out that we were merely wandering under the guise of going to the restroom?'
Noah thought as he was about to climb up the stairs when he suddenly sensed a soft snoring sound and his eyes widened at the realization.

He abruptly stopped in his tracks and turned towards the dining room, only to discover Sienna asleep in the chair, her head resting on the table.
