[A/N: This is one of the hardest chapter I have ever written -_- So it took me a little time]

"How can diarrhea be caused by air?!"
"Are you out of your mind?!"
Eleanora spoke aggressively as she had finally lost all of her patience and Baron Benjamin, the chief of the Ministry of Public Health was the same as her.
"Hah, I am out of my mind?!"
"The air can grow stale and contaminated by garbage and waste! And diseases like this can spread through bad odor. If we remove the stance, the disease will naturally disappear!"
Baron Benjamin spoke confidently as this had once happened during the reign of the previous emperor and the researchers back then confirmed that it was caused by air pollution.
But now a 12-year-old girl is saying that this isn't caused by air pollution?!
