All the way to the warehouse of War Demon Valley, Jasper's dazzling eyes lingered on Han Shuo's body. She asked Han Shuo with the utmost interest, "Mister Han Shuo, have you really come from outside our Abyss Realm?"
Han Shuo nodded in annoyance and helplessly replied, "You have asked the same question three times already. I am not from this realm. What more do I have to say for you to believe me?"
"I believe you!" Jasper said as she smiled and quickly continued, "I'm just curious. Hehehe, never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that there were other material planes out there. It's really remarkable to think that you came from another plane!"
"Oh, right, have you been meditating these past few days using the method I taught you?" Han Shuo was afraid that Jasper would ask the same question again, so he tried to change the subject.
"Of course! I have been meditating all this time. And yet I have not been able to sense the presence of any mental power," Jasper replied with a knitted brow on her beautiful face, looking rather annoyed.
"It's all right, it's not something to rush into. As long as you continue to meditate with the Wind Element in your body as your base, you will definitely be able to sense it sooner or later," Han Shuo comforted her. After thinking for a moment, he pulled out a delicate silver chain from his space ring with a palm-sized green crystal on it and handed it to Jasper.
The green crystal had been dug out of the staff of a wind magus that Han Shuo had murdered earlier. The green crystal had the ability to store the wind element and amplify wind spells. An average mages who used the green crystal during their cultivation would be able to sense wind elemental energy faster.
The mithril necklace sparkled brightly and silently, complementing the shimmer and translucency of the green crystal, which emitted a faint light. Even without all the advantages it had for a wind mages, it would still be a fine piece of jewellery.
Just as Hemanna and Sylph had reacted when Han Shuo revealed the jewel, Jasper's eyes opened wide and glowed as her gaze fixed on the green crystal necklace. In a pleasantly surprised manner, she said, "What a beautiful necklace! Is it for me?"
"Take it. Wear it when you meditate. Perhaps it will make you feel the presence of mental power even more quickly," Han Shuo said dully as he generously handed the necklace to Jasper. He wouldn't regret parting with a magical crystal of such quality.
"Thank you! Thank you, Mr Han Shuo! You are truly remarkable! Cute too!" Jasper was delighted as she gently and carefully accepted the crystal necklace from Han Shuo. Then, out of nowhere, she tipped her toes and leaned into Han Shuo. Her fragrant, cherry-red lips met Han Shuo's left cheek for a brief moment.
The fresh and sweet scent immediately hit Han Shuo's nose. The sensation of her soft, moist lips travelled from his face to his heart. He touched the spot where Jasper had kissed him with his left hand and unconsciously placed it over his nose. He whispered to himself, "You smell wonderful..."
Jasper's charming face still had the glow of joy and excitement. She wasn't shy at all. She stroked the magical crystal necklace in her hand in admiration, seemingly untroubled by what she had just done.
Crude thoughts began to flood Han Shuo's mind as his eyes traced Jasper's body...
Her tender white skin, her slender, willowy body, the pair of swan-like wings as white as snow...
No matter which angle he looked at, Jasper was breathtaking. Especially those wings; they made Han Shuo's intense desire to possess her burn even more fiercely.
At that moment, the two of them were walking towards a rather uninhabited area of the valley. Not a single living soul would want to call this place home, as it wasn't too far from the War Demon Valley camp, a heavily guarded place. Only a few oddly shaped plants and tall, randomly arranged rocks filled the land.
Smelling the faint scent that still lingered on his fingertips, and gazing at the angelic beauty of Jasper before him, Han Shuo's heart was filled with an uncontrollable desire. In accordance with the cultivation philosophy of doing what the heart desires, Han Shuo did not hesitate to act almost as soon as the thought arose. Suddenly, he reached out his large hand and placed it on Jasper's wings.
Jasper, who had been admiring the green crystal, immediately felt a large hand caressing her wing. For people of her kind, the wings were one of the most sensitive parts of the body. When Han Shuo suddenly stroked them like that, her body went limp and numb. Looking at Han Shuo with astonishment in her eyes and blushing cheeks, she said somewhat shyly, "Mister Han Shuo, what are you... oh..."
Before Jasper could finish the sentence, Han Shuo lost his patience and turned from stroking her soft wings to pulling Jasper into his embrace. One of his hands caressed Jasper's snow-white wings while the other landed on her straight, slender leg, unrestrainedly assaulting the most beautiful woman in War Demon Valley.
"Oh... Mr Han Shuo, don't do this, don't..." Jasper began to grow anxious, her face flushing not only from the sensation, but also from shyness. Although she had some feelings for Han Shuo, she had never experienced anything like this before. Especially in such an area where someone could walk by at any moment, she instinctively resisted Han Shuo's sudden violation.
"What's that noise? Who's there? Identify yourself!" Jasper's squealing in her struggle had alerted the War Demon Guards stationed at the depot not far away. A dozen War Demon Guards began to march towards them.
As the timing wasn't right, Han Shuo's lustful desire slowly faded when he heard the guard. He knew that if he forcibly possessed Jasper at this moment, he would indeed be disloyal to the state of the empire. He withdrew his hands awkwardly, made a slightly embarrassed face and let out a light, dry cough. He forced a smile and said, "This... um... Miss Jasper is too beautiful... I couldn't help myself..."
Jasper's soft, white cheeks turned completely red. She looked at the embarrassed Han Shuo with her watery eyes and said in an embarrassed but delighted tone, "You, how could you be so lewd?"
"Because you are too beautiful! It's true! Um, you just gave me a kiss, so I thought you were..." Han Shuo explained sheepishly as he scratched his head. He had yet to cultivate the thickness of his face to the legendary realm of invulnerability.
"Hehehe!" When Jasper remembered Han Shuo's dominating performance in the War Demon Grand Hall, along with his unstoppable momentum when he fought Brakyah, and saw his embarrassed face at this moment, she simply couldn't help but giggle. Biting her lips to hold back her laughter, she scolded softly, "Lies! You scoundrel!"
"Oh, it's Miss Jasper. What's the matter? Is this man taking advantage of you?" A towering man mounted on a flying abyssal creature resembling a giant eagle shouted from a distance. He appeared to be of the same race as Crosius and Hemanna.
Behind him were a dozen war demon guards of equal strength. Each of them was also riding a similar eagle-like abyssal creature, and each of them was watching Han Shuo with unfriendly eyes, as if they would rush over to tear Han Shuo to pieces if Jasper said so.
"Even if he were to take advantage of me, it would be none of your business. Besides, do you think you have the strength to avenge me when even Brakyah and Brayshaw couldn't handle him?" Jasper said indifferently.
The dozen or so war demon guards were no fools. Upon hearing Jasper's words, they immediately realised Han Shuo's identity. They did not dare to be bold and insult him. The leader of the group smiled awkwardly and said, "So it turns out to be Mr Han Shuo. Miss Jasper, why did you come here with Mr Han Shuo? Is there anything we can help you with?"
"This is the authorisation token issued by my father. I brought Mr Han Shuo here to look through the materials in the depot. My father has ordered that Mr Han Shuo can take whatever he wants from the depot. All you have to do is stand guard outside the depot. What happens inside is none of your business. Jasper held up a piece of token and turned it over in front of the dozen or so people, then proceeded to escort Han Shuo into the depot.
When the war demon guards saw Jasper raise the token, their demeanour became respectful and every muscle in their bodies froze. It was only after Han Shuo and Jasper had left and entered the depot that the group leader breathed a sigh of relief and said, "This is indeed a high-level authorisation token from Lord Crosius. What's this Han Shuo's background? He was actually allowed to take whatever he wanted from the depot. Truly inconceivable,"
"Whatever. I think Miss Jasper has probably fallen in love with him. Perhaps Lord Crosius has the idea of marrying Miss Jasper off to him, and that is why he gave her the token. This guy is really lucky. He managed to deflower both Hemanna and Sylph as soon as he arrived in War Demon Valley. And now he has managed to take Miss Jasper with him. What a lucky guy..." another person said angrily.
"As a person who was able to defeat Lord Brakyah, it's nothing unexpected that he gets the best treatment from Lord Crosius. From the young lady's words, it seems that even that monster, the head of the visiting advisors, was defeated by him. If his lordship didn't have something really good to offer, how would he be able to persuade this powerful expert to stay?
As the war demon guards gossiped behind Han Shuo and Jasper, the duo came to a small ravine. After this attack on Jasper, the atmosphere between Han Shuo and Jasper became much more intimate. Although neither of them said a word, when Jasper turned around to look at Han Shuo, her beautiful eyes would fade into different shades that would most likely provoke Han Shuo to repeat his crime.
"We have arrived!" Jasper said as her footsteps came to a halt, her eyes fixed on the huge metal door in front of her.
Han Shuo was about to open his mouth when the soul attached to the skeletal staff stored in his body suddenly sensed a very familiar aura coming from a chamber behind the door. Han Shuo's heart jumped. He shouted impatiently, "Open the door! Hurry!"
