Chapter 530 - CHAPTER 531: Nethervalley

Brakyah had no idea how long he had been waiting, but finally the whole ordeal was over. Han Shuo casually put on a black and green warrior robe. With a satisfied and contented smile on his face, Han Shuo carried his loose trousers and walked out of the house.

Although Brakyah was furious to the point of spitting blood when he saw the carefree smile on Han Shuo's face, he had no choice but to put on an apologetic one. No matter how hard he tried, his smile was still unsightly and awkward. "Mister Han Shuo, it was my fault last time. I came here specifically to apologise to you. Please forgive my reckless behaviour."

Han Shuo stretched out comfortably. As he gazed at Brakyah with his squinted eyes, he had been secretly preparing for any surprise attack from Brakyah. When the first thing that came out of Brakyah's mouth was an apology, his expression changed. Soon after, Han Shuo's eyes suddenly flickered as he stared blankly at Brakyah.

Brakyah was obviously uncomfortable with Han Shuo's strange gaze. He bowed his head even lower, afraid to look directly into Han Shuo's eyes. In an even softer voice, he said, "Please forgive me for my mistakes, Mr Han Shuo."

"En," Han Shuo simply replied with a nasal consonant before turning and walking back into his residence.

Brakyah furrowed his brow and suddenly raised his head to look at Han Shuo's back. He cried softly, "Mister Han Shuo, have you forgiven me?"

"Forgiven, all is forgiven. Just go. As long as you don't offend me, I have better things to do than to argue with you," with just one look, Han Shuo could tell that Brakyah was not sincere in his apology. However, he had no interest in pretending to be polite to Brakyah. Han Shuo then coldly added, "If you are planning to retaliate, you might want to do it carefully and meticulously. Otherwise, if I am not dead, you will not see any mercy from this face, not even from Crosius. I think you know what I mean,"

Brakyah's pupils suddenly constricted as he glared at Han Shuo's back. He seemed to have the desire to pounce on him, but was obviously hesitating. While Brakyah couldn't make up his mind whether to attack or not, Han Shuo had gone back into his residence.

He took a deep breath, as if forcing his resentment down his throat, before revealing a faint smile and saying, "Mister Han Shuo is now a visiting advisor to my War Demon Valley. We are all on the same ship. It was just two women. I'm not the kind of person who can't put up with such an insignificant thing."

"That's better!" Han Shuo replied coldly. Although Han Shuo appeared indifferent on the surface, in his heart he attached a great deal of importance to Brakyah. For a person who had quietly endured to this stage, even if his strength wasn't enough to match Han Shuo's, his attacks were still incredibly fierce and not to be taken lightly.

""Oh, right, other than to apologise, I'm here to inform you that there will be a meeting in the War Demon Great Hall in two days to discuss how to deal with Vemonfang Castle. Lord Crosius wishes you to be there on time," Brakyah called as he glanced at Han Shuo's back.

"Understood," Han Shuo replied indifferently.

With his back bent, Brakyah appeared very humble in his manner. With his head bowed, he said, "Then I will stop bothering Mister Han Shuo in your pleasurable affair." Brakyah had taken the opportunity to steal a quick glance inside. His sharp eyes swept over the beautiful bodies of Hemanna and Sylph as they lay tired and dishevelled on Han Shuo's bed. He was so afraid that Han Shuo would see the killing intent in his eyes that he could not completely hide that he did not dare raise his head to look at Han Shuo.

However, Han Shuo's consciousness had cultivated to this realm, so even without actively probing Brakyah with it, Han Shuo could still clearly sense the extreme hatred emanating from Brakyah. This futile concealment of his only left Han Shuo with second-hand embarrassment and a bad taste in his mouth.

"What a pitiful fellow. He must be seething with rage right now. Hehehe, consider yourself unlucky for trying to steal my women!" Han Shuo spoke to himself after looking at the two beautiful sirens on his bed and then at Brakyah, whose shoulders twitched as he left. His voice was neither loud nor soft, but certainly audible to Brakyah given his strength.

Brakyah stumbled suddenly and shivered for a moment before regaining his footing. With his back to Han Shuo, Brakyah seemed to be hesitating as to whether or not to go ahead and attack Han Shuo with his life. But in the end, Brakyah managed to control himself, and pathetically disappeared from Han Shuo's callous gaze.

"He's actually quite an exceptional character, but what a shame..." Han Shuo muttered. Then with a thought, he activated a demonic art. Slam! The door slammed shut.

Looking at the two beautiful young ladies lying disorderly on his bed, Han Shuo's mouth curved into a satisfied smile. After slightly tidying up the house, Han Shuo returned to the secret underground chamber dug by the Earth Elite Zombie. After withdrawing the Skeleton Staff and connecting with the Little Skeleton, Han Shuo's soul descended into the netherworld. He arrived at a valley filled with piles of corpses. The aura of death in this area was intense. It was as if the entire region was enveloped in the pure element of death. The ash-grey aura of death hung in the air. In such a bizarre place, there were countless powerful undead creatures.

Evil knights, mummy lords, old fey zombie, bone demon - these high-level undead creatures could be found everywhere in this great valley. They stood about like devoted sentries, cautiously and carefully defending the great canyon.

From the depths of the canyon came a few powerful presences. They seemed to be undead creatures even more powerful than the old fey zombies and bone demon. Something unusual must have happened for such a large number of high-level undead to have gathered there.

From the realm of the Abyss, Han Shuo had sensed Little Skeleton's intense mental fluctuation. Therefore, after Brakyah had left, Han Shuo conveniently descended to the Netherworld and landed in this strange place, following the location of Little Skeleton's soul.

Han Shuo stood on top of a bare mountain. All around him were densely packed undead creatures, including Little Skeleton, who was mounted on a bone dragon that proudly floated in the air. He had the air of an overlord, looking down upon the world. Below him were the five elite zombies. There was also another bone dragon, a king zombie, and three evil knights who had been reforged by Han Shuo using demonic arts.

After absorbing the tremendous energy from the Ice Goddess statue inside the frozen mountain of the Ice Shrine, the Water Elite Zombie had a faintly wrinkled face and a pair of eyes that seemed to contain water ripples. He also had a water-blue, ripple-patterned armour that covered most of his body. He exuded a soft and unearthly quality, incongruous with the lifeless atmosphere of the Netherworld.

After receiving the Viride Leaf, the lanky elite wood zombie made breakthrough after breakthrough in his evolutionary path. There was an exuberant vitality that naturally emanated from his body. Surprisingly, the exuberant aura blended perfectly with the death aura emanating from the Wood Elite Zombie. Han Shuo was in awe of the miracle that was the Penta-Elemental Elite Zombie.

"Father, why have you come?" Little Skeleton, floating high in the air, suddenly asked as Han Shuo gazed at the Wood and Water Elite Zombie. After a short pause, before Han Shuo could answer, Little Skeleton continued, "Father, who was it that hurt you the last time? I want to imprison his soul here forever and make him suffer unending torment."

"Do not worry, there will be a chance for that. When I return, we will fight shoulder to shoulder," Han Shuo replied. His gaze soon turned to the large canyon ahead, filled with high-level undead, and he asked, "I felt a strong fluctuation in your soul, so I came over to see what's going on. You have gone all out this time. Is it something big?"

"Yes, Father. That is Nethervalley ahead. I have sensed the presence of an extremely powerful creature in the valley. This creature is more powerful than the bone dragons and the Zombie King. It seriously threatened my path of territorial expansion. So I came here to eliminate it and take over this Nethervalley. I want to see why this place has nurtured so many high-level undead creatures," Little Skeleton explained.

Han Shuo's eyes widened at the sight of the great canyon. From the first sensation he felt, Han Shuo already understood that the Great Canyon was quite unusual compared to most places in the Netherworld. This place called Nethervalley had a much, much more intense element of death compared to other places. In addition, the few powerful presences hiding within it piqued Han Shuo's interest.

After absorbing the Origin Crystal of Death, Little Skeleton's strength had increased at a rate that even astonished Han Shuo. After forming both Elemental Body and Elemental Soul, based on the classes between the gods that Han Shuo had recently learned, he understood that Little Skeleton could already be considered a Basegod of Death. In this realm, Little Skeleton was undoubtedly an extremely powerful existence. He had not expected Little Skeleton to find another existence of the same level in the Netherworld so quickly.

After spending some time in the Abyss Realm, Han Shuo had come to understand the cultivation method of this world. He also knew that in the Netherworld, Little Skeleton had cultivated with the element of death through his skeleton, and his cultivation path was basically the same as that of the Abyssal Creatures. However, since his soul had received a portion of Han Shuo's memories, in addition to many chance encounters and the boost from an Origin Crystal, Little Skeleton had quickly formed an Elemental soul. Since he had used the Element of Death to forge his bones, he soon formed an Elemental Body.

Suddenly, it occurred to Han Shuo that Little Skeleton should be extremely familiar with attacking with bones. With his soul now a Soul of Element after absorbing that Origin Crystal of Death, if he could use necromancy magic skilfully, he would surely be even more powerful.

Even though Little Skeleton had previously received some of Han Shuo's memories, at that time, Han Shuo's understanding of necromancy was little to none. As such, the Little Skeleton now had no idea how to use high-level necromancy magic. Suddenly, as Han Shuo looked at the Little Skeleton, he had the idea of transferring his memories of necromancy to the Little Skeleton.
