Determined to face the Golem of the Obelisks, the group once again prepares to enter the labyrinth when the smoke from the burning camp finally ceases.
As they enter the labyrinth, they sense that everything is different this time. A heavy scent hangs in the air, a mixture of smoke, blood, and smoked meat. Still, they enter the corridors, which are much darker now than they were before, and the duelists find themselves surrounded by the smell of rot. In the midst of all this, their footsteps echo through the dark void.
Thanks to the smoke, even the luminescent mosses on the walls have died. As a result, the corridors are lit only by the light emitted by torches that some members of the group carry.
The smell of smoke increases as they go deeper, and the uneven floor and walls beneath their feet seem to be stained black from the smoke.
