There were murmurs in the rooms as people exchanged glances, some surprised and others outraged.

She paused for a moment, allowing her words to sink in.
"From now on, the purchase limit will be tracked over a 24-hour period for every family. No one will be allowed to buy more than the allocated limit, regardless of how many people you send or how many times you re-enter the supermarket. Anyone found violating this rule will be banned from the supermarket indefinitely."
The Zhong family looked uneasy, knowing that they had been caught red-handed.
