Gritting his teeth, the zombie king bolted toward the source of the fluctuation.
He couldn't let the others get there first. He needed to know what was happening.
As he rushed through the decaying city streets, his pale feet barely touching the ground, he noticed something troubling.
He wasn't the only one heading in that direction.
In the distance, he saw two familiar figures—other zombie kings.
One of them was Torak, the most vicious of all the zombie kings.
His huge, hulking figure towered over the crumbling buildings, his glowing red eyes narrowing as he caught sight of the first zombie king.
Torak's lips curled into a sneer.
"Well, well, if it isn't the weakling himself," Torak said, his voice booming.
"What are you doing here? This isn't a place for someone as soft as you, Kane."
Kane, the first zombie king, didn't respond. He kept moving forward, his eyes fixed on the destination.
