Chapter 4 - Chapter 3

As the sun rose in the sky, a boy of about ten years older was strugling to climb the steep Mahendragiri. Needless to say, the boy was me. As I climbed to the top, I huffed and puffed. Even with my physique so much better than others, I was unable to scale the hill easily. As my eyes wandered, I was surprised. Perhaps…this was paradise?

Oh, how beautiful it looked? A small stream trickled down and an averagely large house made of mud and a thached roof stood on its band. A glorious nine feet tall shiv linga stood tall and upright, witha statue of a muscular bull with curved horns kneeled at its front. In front of it, on a modest mat, sat an old man. Although sitting, his body was taller than me and his aura was calm and serene, as if one with the very essence of nature. Yet at his side lay an axe. Unlike his aura, it was the opposite. Shrper than anything I have ever seen or toucher, it seemed to be able to cut the space around it. I knew who he was. He needed no introductions. A brahman, he had taken up arms to avenge his father. He had rid the world of evil kshatriyas (warriors) off the face of Earth for 21 times. Yet he had given up arms at the behest of world peace. He was the greatest Acharya (teacher) that ever existed and he was the Avatars of Narayan. He was Bharghav Brighupati Rainukeya Jamadagnya Mahadevashishya Parashuram!

Unwilling to disturb his penance, I sat opposite him and started to meditate myself. In doing so, I made an incredible discovery. My energy started to move ten times faster than it usually did. As I felt giddy at this discovery, I also understood the severity of the situation. More active means, it was more likely to cause harm by spreading out. Thus, I slowly started to utilise it open my chakras one after the other. Although 3 of my chakras were already open, with each one opened, the next one was harder to open. As it slowly started to open my chakras I felt a foreign aura helping me, as if coercing me and guiding my energy. Deciding to trust my gut, I folled the aura's instructions and started to open my chakras and soon it reached the peak. As the final of the seven chakras, situated at the centre of my forehead, my mind felt as if it opened to a compeely new energy. The outside energy, ambient in the atmosphere that I spared so much effort to gather, rushed inside my body, mingling with the sun energy inside my body and evolved. The raging yellow aura alowly became transparent silvery along with the red energy I had gained from my father.

I could then feel the material plane. I could understand that I was floating and the energy in the atmosphere was churning around me. Soon as I lowered to the ground, I slowly opened my eyes. In front of me stood an man of around 13 feet tall, dressed in saffron. He looked at me and in a voice said,

"Who are you?"
