A week later:

Evelyn knocks on Ms. Lee's office. Ms. Lee asks her to come in, she was presently talking to someone over the phone, and obviously her facial expressions were not something pleasant. Evelyn places the coffee and the file she prepared, over the table and stands by the table, waiting for Ms. Lee to hang up. Ms. Lee was a lady in her late thirties, beautiful and elegant and one could see that slight asian glint in her eyes. She was a single mother of a ten year old daughter. She was a calm and poised lady, who never lost her cool, but judging from her facial expressions something must have happened. Probably because the company has lost two big consecutive bids and there is a lot of pressure from the investors.

Finally when she hangs up, Evelyn speaks, "Is everything alright, Ms. Lee?"

She looks up at Evelyn and gives her a sad smile, and then replies, "Well, I have a very....very important buisness meeting to attend. And, my suit is ruined. It isn't a very big deal, but blue is lucky colour for me. I've asked my cousin to get me one, but I don't think that he is going to make it in time."

"I can get you one. I know a few good stores here and right now, I don't have anything else to do."

Ms. Lee takes out the company card and hands or over to Evelyn, "I think it's a good idea. Thank you, Eve."

Yeah. Eve that's what most people call her here and everywhere else.

Evelyn takes the card and leaves the office.

When you are in Paris, you see big luxurious stores at every corner of the street. Thanks to that, it didn't take much time for her to reach a Burberry store.

Evelyn entered inside and was greeted by an attendant there. She told her that she needed a blue women formal suit of the respective size, and was asked by the attendant to follow her. They reached an aisle where all sorts of women suits were hanging on the either side. And, among them was hanging the blue suit, which was the first suit on the left side.

As she reached out to take the cloth, her hand extended with anticipation, but before she could properly grab the suit, it was snatched away from her. A wave of surprise washed over her, leaving her momentarily stunned. She looked around, seeking an explanation, only to find herself face-to-face with a tall and handsome Greek-god like figure, a sly grin etched upon his face. His eyes sparkled with a mix of amusement and triumph, as if he had just won a great victory. And, for a moment Evelyn could swear that it was the most beautiful smile she ever saw.

"Sorry for that, but I really need this suit."said the man, the handsome man.

Shaking off a daze, Evelyn looked up at him and replied, "Well... I am sorry too. But, I laid my hands on this first." And, snatched the suit back.

"Then, I laid my eyes on this first." And, he tried to snatch it back but couldn't.

"You should let go." She looked at the attendant and asked, "Get him another suit of this colour and size."

But, the attendant replied, "I'm sorry, ma'am. But this is a limited edition collection. We don't have any suit like that either. However, I can get you the same product for a different colour."

"Get me? I think that you should tell him that anyway."

The attendant looked fearfully at that man, and said, "I... I'll go and look if there is any other blue coloured suit."then she hurried away

He shook his head,"You let go. How about this, you choose anything else and I will pay for it, and you let me have this suit?"

Evelyn shook her head too. Things were getting frustrating between them now.

"Then, how about I'll buy you anything and everything that you choose from this store?"

"Well, gentleman. Your offer is tempting but thanks." With this, Evelyn pulled away the suit and winked at him, started walking towards the counter. She paid for it, and got it packed and started walking out of the building.

Meanwhile, that same attendant returned to that man, and told him that they didn't have any other blue coloured suit. He was frustrated and this was already that seventh store that he has looked.

How come there isn't a single blue suit today in this city that's called the fashion hub?

He thought to himself. He started running towards the exit and caught up to Evelyn, catching her by her wrist.

"You really do not know, who I am? Do you?" He asked, raising one of his eyebrow, and that made him look hot to Evelyn, and her heart surely skipped a beat. Calming and composing herself, she smiled slightly and replied, "Well I know who you are, 'Mr. Brad Pitt 2.0 of the streets of Paris....' " She turned away, hailed a taxi that was coming her way and got into it.

Ms. Lee looked at the mirror once again, this time slightly straightening he already silky straight hairs with her hand. The suit fit perfectly on Ms. Lee. She was confident now, and Evelyn was relieved to see that. It was already time, and the investor would be there at any moment now. There was knock the door, which made both of their heart beat a little too fast in nervousness. They froze in their places, looking at each other's faces. 'Are they here now?' was the silent question that their faces revealed. Then, there was a knock again. Ms. Lee replied a short and loud 'Come in' this time.

The door opened revealing.....that same handsome guy, back from the store. Evelyn gasped and was taken aback, as soon as she laid her eyes on him. That guy who was now staring at Evelyn was surprised as well.

"Oh... It's you Lee Yeon. But this time my employee was more efficient than you. Evelyn meet my brother Lee Yeon." Ms. Lee said looking at Evelyn. It was now clear to Evelyn, that this man was no other than the famous cousin of Ms. Lee, who owned the largest Security Company in all of France.

Lee Yeon smirked then looked at his sister, "Well, sis. If your special employee here wouldn't have snatched away that dress from me," he said, indicating the suit that Ms. Lee was wearing now, "I can assure you that I would have been two times more efficient than her here."

He was looking sternly at Evelyn and Evelyn was looking at everything else in the room except for Lee Yeon and Ms. Lee.

"It seems that both of you are already acquainted." Ms. Lee said, raising one of her eyebrows.

"I apologize for my rude behaviour, Mr. Lee. I didn't know that it was you." Evelyn said.

"Well. The investor will be here now at any moment. I'll leave the two of you to catch up." And with that, Ms. Lee took the file placed on table, and walked out of the office, leaving behind Evelyn with Lee Yeon. Evelyn squeezed her eyes shut in embarrassment.

There was an awkward silence between them, Evelyn was scratching her back. This Lee Yeon dude was certainly handsome, and hot as hell. Probably he had larger eyelashes than Evelyn, or so, she thought. Even bitch girls would melt under his blue gaze. Evelyn who always thought that she was immune to boys' charm, couldn't help but steal glances at him.

Lee Yeon walked towards the balcony where the coffee machine was placed.

"I know I am handsome, don't steal glances. Want some coffee?" He asked. She was embarrassed and a blush crept up on her cheeks.

"Ye-ah, sure." She replied, stuttering.

Hell, it was bad. She never stuttered in twenty four years of her life.

"I'm really sorry, Mr. Lee, I didn't know that it was you."

"Then, would you have behaved with others rudely, if they weren't me? There's no sincerity in your apology."

"A stranger popping out of nowhere and suddenly snatching my dress, is considered as a rude behaviour in the first place. So, I am really not apologetic towards you in this case. But, if you want I would write an formal apology letter, considering the fact that you are my boss' brother." Evelyn replied sternly.

"You seem to quite bold, Ms. Sharma."

"You're righ- Wait, Ms. Lee never told you my surname. How do you kno-"

Suddenly, there was a gush of strong and narrow wind that made Evelyn finch. Though one can never see a gush of wind, yet this time a long pointed arrow seemed to pass across Evelyn's face.

That thing, whatever it was, entered the office through the balcony and went on to the other side. Evelyn looked at the other side but there was nothing. She knew what she had seen, it was an arrow, it was certainly an arrow that was shot at her in broad daylight, out of nowhere. Her heart was beating furiously. It took her a good few minutes, before she had calmed down.

"Ms. Sharma, are you alright?" Lee Yeon asked.

Evelyn shook her head in response, "Did you see that? There was an arrow, it was shot towards us, then it went that side." She said it all in one breath.

"Ms. Sharma, I don't think that you are alright. I am not getting your point. How can there be an arrow, here? You know that this entire area is directly under my security? Moreover, an arrow? In 21st century?" He said calmly, and looking straight into her eyes.

Evelyn looked away and walked towards the other side of the room. She looked everywhere, near the cabinets, under the tables, beneath the couch. She was really confused now. This was new disease for her, she has started hallucinating a lot since she came to Paris. All shorts of questions and thoughts were running through her head. If the arrow was shot where did it disappear? Is she really hallucinating? Is this all related to her superpowers? Or, is this city is having an entire different story of its own? How much exists beyond the know sciences of today? Or, is she going mad?

She turned towards Lee Yeon, who was watching her intently, leaning on the balcony's glass doors. She took a few steps towards him, "I apologise again. I am feeling a little under the weather today. I must have imagined things in my head." She bowed to him a little, that was a part of her Indian courtesy. Lee Yeon replied with a little 'Hmm' as he watched her walking towards the door.

He could a little stream of blood oozing out of the left side her neck, and a long narrow cut, just a few Inches below her left ear.

"Tough girl, didn't even realise she was injured.'' Lee Yeon said to himself, as she walked out and closed the door behind her.

Lee Yeon brought his left hand infront of him, which he was keeping behind him.

In his hand, was a long blue black arrow, with its tips slightly red with blood.
