During the three days, Mo Huan and I looked for clues around the garden; the three cultivators found nothing useful. They were still stuck in that formation, and judging by their progress (I went there to check a few times), they would take a long time to deactivate the formation.
"So, did you find something, Patriarch?" Mo Huan asked.
I looked for him before seeing that tree with the carved symbol, yet when I met him on the other side of the garden, I noticed someone was spying on us! It was Mao Wen, the Late Foundation woman. She hid behind a bush, concealing most of her Qi and presence, yet I could still notice her presence because of my keen senses.
"Unfortunately, nothing. I think the formation those three cultivators found is the only one around here… Let us rest and see if they want some help there."
