She felt herself waking up,it was wierd as if there was cotton in her brain and her body refused to respond. Wait, where was she and what the hell had happened. All she remembered was someone screaming and the pain in her back. Wait..please don't tell her she died, she's not dead is she? Right?.....right!?

After reading that she will be going to the world of one piece, she was elated and excited but she was also kinda scared, the world of one piece was vast and mojirity of it is covered by sea, she's lived her entire life in tokyo only sometimes going to the beach, she has no idea how to live in a world like that , and she's not just going to sit and waste her life if she was born in a world like that. Also there's the problem of constant violence *sighhhhh* I'll see when I get there. After reading through all the options she was stuck whether to chose the anime one or the slight au. Now somebody might just choose anime directly seeing as she had complete knowledge of that but she wanted some excitement too, Don't judge her.
After contemplating the pros and cons of both, she decided to go with slight AU.

Now this got her attention. She could reincarnate in an existing character? That's crazy and soo cool!!
I can also create a completely new character too. Side character must be someone who showed up once or something and the last is..gehh why would someone choose random person, do they want to die!?? or are they just that stupid!? *sighhh*
She went through all the characters that she remembered of one piece, one stood out that she wanted to change the most. Ussop, Ussop was a character she quite liked and felt that there was quite some wasted potential, and lack of character development throughout the series, she had always thought what it would be like to be born as Ussop, could she change his destiny? Was she qualified enough to do that?
Gahh, why do I always overthink everything, I guess we have something in common heh, lets choose existing characters then.
The screen showed a list of characters and she choose Ussop from them.
It changed to display:

Reading this she became even more excited, she could work with this, now changing the fate of few of her favorite characters didn't seem to be just a dream. She began thinking and realised that in a world like one piece information was the most important thing and something which wasn't available to the normal person living there. So she chose her first request:
"A system which has all the information stored in it about everything, from different types of martial arts to every type of skills, even from my own world and all the fictional worlds , if I need it, it would provide the information automatically "
Now she just prayed it wasn't too much.

She sighed in relief, she thought it would be rejected considering how broken that system would be, with every single type of information all she had to do was ask the right question. She would accept that condition in a heartbeat. She clicked accept.

She didn't need to think much about the second perk. She had thought about it with the system itself because this combination was going to be deadly hehehe,

She really really hoped it would work because if it did, she could theoretically learn everything, because you know she had information on everything. Plus its not like she was asking for instant mastery or insanely high talent, just a little, enough that if she worked hard she could master literally anything.

She cheered inwardly, if she could she would be doing a silly happy dance, she was just that happy. Now her method of strength acquired, she thought about the weapon, she didn't really have a preference for anything as of course she hadn't used any kind of weapon before, although she was fascinated by knives, daggers and of course guns. But she could only have one weapon,hmmm.....oh she could do that,
