Chapter 50 - (49)

We were still running, occasionally turning to see where to divert the animals that were chasing us. From time to time, I also look at Lily and Abi, who are in the back.

Francine is using her phone as a source of light.

Abi was not able to pick up his cellphone due to shock.

He didn't hesitate to leave it there when Camilla was attacked. She just let go and followed us on our run.

I'm bothered.

Why on Earth are those animals' eyes colored red?

Later, as I continued to run, I saw the figure of a man. It runs like us and seems to be escaping as well.

I looked behind him, and my eyes widened when I realized a snake was chasing him.

And it's bigger.

It's twice bigger than the one chasing Macey a while ago.

Francine immediately noticed the man I was looking at as well as the man who turned to look at us.

I finally recognized the guy when he turned to face us.

It was Chen.

The guy I met the other day

We will collide with each other. The road we are on will meet. He was only a few inches away from our group, and we could no longer change the direction we were going.

When our paths finally met, I hurried to the right.

Chren got it right away.

Tired and sweaty, I ran again to the right where there were twigs.

Lily took Camilla and led her here.

Macey, on the other hand, was voluntarily loaded by Chren.

The boy hugged her neck tightly.

In the distance, I saw an abandoned house.

It is large and can be called a mansion, but it is very old and seems to be about to break down and eventually collapse.

I immediately taught it to them.

I did not hesitate to look at the wild animals that were chasing us. I quickly averted my sight to find the door of the house.

When I looked at the door, I ran even faster.

When I reached the opposite side, I kicked the door with all my might. I breathed a sigh of relief when it opened after I kicked.

My companions entered immediately.

Chren, in turn, first laid Macey down next to me and pulled out a large tree. He violently threw it in the direction of the two boars.

With the force of his stone, they flew away, including the large snake, which immediately lost its life. The pigs tried to stand up, but they both seemed to be crippled.

They did not stand up again, and only loud howls were let out.

I don't know if I'm just mimicking. I seem to have seen how the color of their eyes changed.

From the shining red color, it returns to the normal eye color of a boar.

I couldn't even confirm that when Lily pulled me into the house.

I was stunned.

I can't move properly.

There are so many things running through my mind.

I followed Chren's gaze as he passed in front of me as he pulled up a large steel chair, some thick planks and rocks resting on the chair. How did he lift so many heavy things?
