"This is Sabor our scout" said man was smaller than the rest had a streamlined body, button nose, oval shaped eyes, clawed hands and feet.'Concealed weapons or he uses the environment with that body he is definitely the fastest' Lumi assessing strengths and weaknesses behind his veil.
"The big guy here is Brean our heavy hitter don't make him angry it's a pain to fix his messes after all" Brean could be anywhere from 6 to 7 feet tall hard to tell with the way he's sitting. "I won't get your hopes up your friend is dead I buried him after he gave me this" taking the orb from his pack showing it to the men.
"You little I'm gonna-" Brean made to lunge at him only for the Gird to stop him with his wing. "Kell" he said looking at the goat man, who nodded "he is telling the truth no need to rip his head off" Gird removed his wing.
"Give me one good reason not to crush you now" Brean eyes now had veins stretched across them. "I didn't kill your friend he was already on deaths door just said don't let them have it. I am certain he was being followed so I left my home and move dimensions regularly. I have yet to see anyone twice so I say my tracks are covered well enough" taking a few more bites of his food.
"I seek something and you may have the answer give it to me and this relic is your no strings attached" keeping the ball close by.
"What do you want as long it's not classified or compromise our security measures I will answer it to the best of my knowledge?" Gird having shed a few feathers looking at his team in silent agreement.
"This orb is magic in nature it showed me a vision a cave there's this guardian that blocks the path I don't know what it is but there's something in that cave calling out to me" Lumi having finished his plate tipping the server.
"Could you describe the landscape a little a cave is incredibly vague there practically infinite number of them?" Gird shifting his hands covering his mouth.
"Alright the trees tall, grass is yellow, the sky is green and there's these waterfalls that flow up f-"
"You speak of the mythical world Seves that world has been abandoned for centuries any and all travel is ill advised no good will come of it" Gird had to repress a shudder even mentioning the name his teammates expression became that of fear.
"Turning back is not a option for me this vision comes back anytime I sleep I can't get away I'm pulled towards it every night for the last three 3 weeks and I'm no closer to figuring out why turning back is not an option" Lumi had not changed his mind in the slightest.
"HAVE TOU GONE MAD NOTHING IS WORTH GOING TO THAT PLACE NOTHING!!!" Brean lived his cell standing up to block his way. All eyes were focused in there direction.
"Calm down Brean if we get into trouble again the consequences will be severe" Sabor spoke trying to hold him back and failing by the looks of it.
"What's going on here!" a trio of armored soldiers came running. Brean even through his outrage backed down his friends let him go. "Nothing to bad just a disagreement with a client" Gird leading the conversation.
The soldiers looked unconvinced as the matter progressed worse for ware. 'This was not supposed to happen big guy just had to freak out is this place really that dangerous?'Lumi questioning his decision.
"We need to all of you to come with us you're being detained for public unrest" the soldiers had them taken to there outpost Lumi had one word going through his head "Ugh" this simple task was becoming complicated.
