Like two explorers venturing deep into an unknown forest, Elwin and Cassidy delicately navigated their way through a dense thicket of thorns. The thorns sprawled wildly beneath their feet, above their heads, and on both sides, reminiscent of a predatory beast stalking its prey, biding its time for the perfect moment to pounce.
They tried to find a path through the thorns, but it was as if the thorns were a sentient being, sprouting new branches with their every step, like demonic tentacles persistently obstructing their way. They were forced to retreat time and again to evade the thorn's assault, but the path behind was soon blockaded by new growths. They were trapped in this verdant labyrinth.
