Almost immediately as he said those words, he had lunged at Max; landing a clean hit to his face. This was the first punch he would land on Max's face, and the impact had made two of his front teeths to fall out.
While Max himself had stumbled over and fallen to the ground. His mouth were bloody and they seemed to have stained his shirt as well.
Seeing that two of his teeth had fallen out, Max had gotten more angrier than before. Then he turned to look at his three friends, who upon staring at his face could sense his anger. This was a sign that Max wanted them to act, and that's they did.
They were pretty confident in their skills to be able to deal with Alex and make him pay for humiliating their leader. They started approaching Alex who had immediately stepped back a little.
"Come on guys, this is not fair. This is a fight between me and Max, I have no issue with you guys. You're my buddies." Alex said.
