Walking carefully through the messed up restaurant, Alex had spotted Stacy at a corner, crying in a crouched up position while having her back placed up against the wall.
He could hear her muttering some things between her sobs, and carefully like a gentleman, he called her name; but in a lower tone, trying not to frighten or make her freak out.
"Stacy… are you okay?" He asked, almost whispering.
Upon hearing her name, Stacy had gently raised her head to look at who it was. Now that Alex could see her teary eyes; the silent mutterings she was making had became louder.
"Why? Why is everyone after my life?" She said, asking a rhetorical question.
