It was about two years ago, around the time when Alex was still alive and well, and was known to be the best player in the DFG; a certain old man had came to see him. The man was a person of Simon Blue, the great mastermind behind the Dungeon Fighters Game and many other Vr games that were played by the mass.
Simon had came to see Alex due to a certain proposal he was planning to offer him. Due to Alex's high ranking in the DFG, the two had got to know each other better that they sometimes interact with each other like siblings, when actually they weren't related at all.
Simon knew about Alex's past and how he had managed to rise to the position he was at the moment, even though he was just an orphan, with no family members or siblings to assist him, he still managed, through ups and down, to become what he is today. Because of this, he grew fond of Alex and had even told him to call him father, while he'll refer to him as his own son.
