In Kyoto, the government had just announced the death of a politician, which left the city in a traumatic state, no one knew how the man was murdered. Keiko a 7-year-old girl came to visit the scene and found something weird about the man's hair when she touched it something strange happened.

Keiko was taken back to the past where she saw the politician coming back home, she had a chance to stop this murder but it was too late. The murder has just happened again. She had no idea what the killer looked like but suddenly developed a strange power which she wants to use to solve the mystery.
