Magnus listened intently as his father, William Edenborn, the revered Apostle and Holy Emperor, spoke of Ava Cassia, the young wise princess of Cassiopeia.
His father described her as a remarkably wise individual, sought after for her keen political insight.
It surprised Magnus to learn that Ava was merely a young girl, as his father explained that she had ascended to the throne of Cassiopeia at the tender age of seven following the tragic demise of her parents.
"You're just too preoccupied with our internal issue that you have so little interest in the other kingdoms, huh? Did you forget what happened to the previous pope?"
"But I thought she was an older girl! Older than me!"

It was true that Ava's age was often used against her, so she hated showing how young she was.
