"Uncle, you haven't told me, are you planning on settling here forever, or do you have plans of moving back to the States.." Her uncle hadn't spent much time in China but rather in the States, he had been there his entire life even though he was born in China, he grew up in the States and his English was fluent and better compared to his Chinese.
"Does it matter? If I go, we will go altogether, nothing to be worried of..." He eyed her as she ate before gazing at the files he had been going through nonstop.
"Oooh? Don't leave me behind if you decide to move then, I actually want to process my papers as soon as possible... Being independent is way better..." She didn't want to be restricted by age and family laws, she wanted to live her life freely.
