"It's just Laurius Rein." I keep telling myself. I've tried calling Skye's phone. But she isn't picking up. I mean what's the point of having a phone and not picking up? What's the difference between her and Leonis who doesn't have a phone? Nothing! Because they are both not reachable.
I don't think Laurius Rein is as Dera is making him out to be. She listens to too much gossip. But still, paying heed to her concerns won't be a bad thing at all.
He's still the man who had led the attack on my world, so the smiles and laughs he's been showing me might all just be a facade he puts up because of Leonis Rein. Just to amuse me for Leonis' sake. If he's easily vexed like Dera says, I wouldn't want to test him. Though, I don't think he has any right to be vexed after what he did to my world and my family.
But still, if only Skye would just pick up her phone, I'll tell her I want to see him and she can help me pass the message to him.
