"I don't remember the last time I was forced to use so much of my power in a long time." Lilly complains from exhaustion.
"How then do you deal with all the beasts you conjure?" I ask.
"Those are to annoy Ian. I leave them to him." I cannot believe she actually just said that.
I open my mouth to speak, "You—" but I pause as I am suddenly hit with a brilliant idea. "Wait, you'll conjure beasts too. Why don't you just conjure up a bigger beast that will fight all these beasts?" I ask and I can just tell by the look she is giving me that she feels like I have said complete nonsense.
