Everything was suddenly happening in a flash. The spikes were flying toward Leonis and Laurius while they were trying to dodge. In fact trying was not the word, they were just gliding away from the spikes like it was normal.
I can tell they are not fighting back because of me. Suddenly, Gordon screams and releases me. When I turn around, I realize that behind Gordon is Ian! When did Ian get here? Has he been there all this while? The reason for Gordon's scream was because Ian had blasted him with a ball of fire.
"You imbecile! I see you still follow the princes like a shadow!" Gordon hissed as Ian wrapped a fiery chain around him. Mila charges toward Ian, but like a quick reflex, I lift my hands and send some energy toward her, freezing her feet to the ground. Much to her annoyance.
"The more I look at you, the more precious you are." Gordon said with one of those creepy smiles directed at me.
