She is beautiful… I find it hard to believe that someone like this was once in the arms of Leonis. I thought Lady Isis was something, but this woman makes me feel so much worse than Lady Isis did.
Is it her alluring eyes or the fullness of her red hair dancing on her pale skin. She looks so graceful and at the same time dark. So, so dark… There is something ominous about her.
Or am I just being this way because she was once Leonis' woman? Why should I care?!
"Like you said, she showed up out of nowhere and is helping us—" I turn my attention back to him. "I care less who she is or was. All that matters is that she is not on Leonis' side." I shrug and place my hands upon his forehead and channel my energy into him.
"Even though she was once Leonis' woman?" What is he driving at? What does he want me to say? That I am curious to death to know about the woman who was once by Leonis' side?
