The only plausible explanation for what just happened is that Leonis was also trying to find me as I was mending our connection. And he had even found me before I completed the connection.
So there's no point in stressing. He's coming. I know it. I can feel it. I don't need to call to him. He'll come to me on his own.
I fold up my knees and wrap my arms around them, resting my head there. Staring at the moving waves as I wait.
