"You did not find anything, did you?" I ask as Laurius walks in with his assistant. Kiva's brother has been by my side since I returned from Jadon's place. He seems restless. I can't blame him. He just reunited with her and she's disappeared again.
Farat and Nalah are also here, looking more worried than I am.
"Nothing but Jonah Reinhart." Laurius responds.
"What do we do now?" Kyle fidgets. "How do we find Kiva? We have to find her." He says. Then he suddenly turns to me. "I thought you were very powerful! Why can't you find her!" He yells.
He suddenly walks to me and holds my hand in his own. He's scared of me, I can see it in his eyes. I can even smell the fear. Yet he is holding onto me with tears in his eyes. He's fingers holding me are trembling.
