Morgana glanced at Lilith, and the latter gave a slight nod. Facing Petne, Morgana began, "I'm not sure how your group plans to approach this tower training, but as for us..." She trailed off, giving Lilith a chance to continue. Turning her gaze to the leaders and young participants alike, Lilith addressed everyone, her voice authoritative and calm.
"Each of us will take one or two of these younger members of our choosing and train them individually until we feel they've learned the lessons intended. Meanwhile, aside from the individuals Petne and Oris select for their personal training, the rest will form teams of three and venture into the tower on their own."
Petne was already aligned with the plan Lilith had laid out. He had a similar approach in mind, but he preferred allowing the group to choose their paths rather than imposing his will.
Despite his status as the overall leader, he respected the independent nature of those around him.
