Evening Before The Meeting
As she walked through the grand lobby leading to the elevator that would take her to the penthouse, Anat unexpectedly crossed paths with Mideya. The latter was engaged in an animated conversation with another woman.
The two were chatting happily, and the air between them suggested a comfortable familiarity, making it seem as though they were long-time friends. The sight piqued Anat's curiosity.
'She looks familiar...' Anat thought to herself as she approached the two women. The familiarity gnawed at her mind, though she couldn't quite place where she had seen the woman before.
She just couldn't put her hands to the familiarity as if something was blocking up this connection!
Just as her presence became known to Mideya and her companion, Anat decided to make her introduction.
