Petne and khaòs were only able to do that because they had the powers of the Supreme Master of the Aquatic races they gained after getting the Sea Pearl!
Still, it was not easy without sufficient spiritual energy!
But at the same time, it was as easy as breathing for the same primordials and Half primordials to create something with their pure energy utilizing the elements and equipment.
The artificial realm where big fights like those of powerful immortals and fake gods would always happen was a creation made by the council members or continent leaders for starters.
Most people thought one was able to enter the artificial realm physically but it was only an avatar with one's soul, that would be transported to the special realm but I didn't feel any different from being there physically.
