After the first strange death, more of the same kind started happening in the academy and the brutality behind whoever was doing this increased. On the next day, two bodies were found in the morning and three in the evening.
The number continued to rise at a startling pace, on the third day, twenty students had lost their lives. Sadly their deaths were so gruesome,e to say the least. They had their heads ripped out of heads ripped off.
They didn't sense any still lingering blood essence or cultivation aura even if they found some bodies not cold yet. Whoever was doing this was drinking them dry, like the first victim, their bodies would turn into dust eventually.
The murderer was collecting their cultivation, blood, and bloodlines. Most of the students had bloodlines, this person was either collecting them to strengthen his bloodline or for some other reasons they didn't know.
