Petne suddenly froze time in the room after Lilith was gone, after he pulled the frozen Miya, Layla, and Luna to him, being close to him they were unfrozen.
Looking at the man they were confused about how they came to be so close to him, looking around they could see everyone frozen apart from them, before they could say anything he pulled Layla close to him and he dag his fangs into her neck freezing Miya and Luna once more.
Through his fangs, Petne was pushing Chaos Qi to her soul which was a mystery itself *wake up* with a command Layla who couldn't do anything felt a heavy pressure on her soul.
