"I am sorry your highness. We couldn't find it" A guard reported to Freya. She was seating in the middle of the councilors, in a meeting.
It's been a week since Eder was declared in the coma and Freya was ruling as per his wish, in his stead. Freya sent people to look for Vittoria's body in the forest but they were not able to find it. None of them thought about taking Vittoria's body as they all assumed that she was dead. They were all so worried about Eder that they didn't look back at it. Many thought she was dead but Freya was not convinced. She wanted to see Vittoria's body being burnt down before her to be finally convinced.
"are you sure you searched everywhere?" Freya asked her expression tight.
"we searched all the forbidden forest your highness, I mean on our side, but we found nothing" the guard explained.
Freya nodded and motioned the guard to leave. He bowed and excuses himself.
"we told you. She's dead" Zaira stated dryly.
