The Mortal World, as one of the Worlds that made up the Divine Plane, has its own share of hegemonies. Although powerful, none were as impressive as the Heaven Below Sect.
There are three Empires, each governing large sections of the Mortal World with an unrivaled grip, and yet, before the Heaven Below Sect, they pale in comparison.
This wasn't because the Empires were weak. In fact, if anything, with hundreds of thousands of years of experiences to pool from, if they so choose, they could trample the Heaven Below Sect ten times over.
However, there was more to the Heaven Below Sect that deterred these Empires from taking any action. And that was only due to one reason.
Although relatively young, compared to these Empires, the Heaven Below Sect however, had an extremely deep foundation that stretched all the way to the Divine World.
