When the group reached the central area of the city, they finally could see the camp in the distance. The enemy camp was bigger than Bruce thought, and he also saw the monsters carrying materials toward it. Their numbers weren't small either…
"I guess it can't be helped…" Bruce thought and then grabbed his claws. "I am going to give it to you, but you'd better not make me regret this later."
"... Why now?" Eclair asked when she received the claws. "What made you decided that now?"
"To make you more useful," Bruce replied. "I am going to dash ahead in most of the fights and make the enemies target me. You should sneak around and kill some enemies by surprise as well, but you should focus on covering for those two. Diane has little to no defense and Angela will be slow with the hammer."
"Why do you always treat her differently?" Diane asked. "... The other guys don't feel that comfortable around her either for some reason, but they don't act like that."
