In the end, when Bruce woke up the next day, he decided to do something about that to avoid future problems. Fortunately, he already had an idea of what to do. The camp was his, so he could make his laws.
Bruce asked someone to make a board and then write the first law of the camp and the punishment for it. If someone forces another to give up on their coins, they will be banished from the camp. At the same time, Bruce told him to write that he might make other laws and decide their punishments based on the incidents that can happen in the future. The punishments won't be up for debate since Bruce didn't have time to play the judge.
"Hey, it seems that you are changing a few things about the camp," Chris said when he showed up. "I suppose this is for the best… some people might think that you will act like a tyrant, but soon they will realize that it isn't the case since you didn't make a bunch of convenient rules for yourself."
