Putting jokes aside, the more one is unlucky, the more luckier he will be when he has the chance to be. Maybe that was why Bruce got those rings among all of that crap. After equipping them, he felt a wave of power passing through him. While he wasn't that much more powerful than before, he felt like his body was working better. Probably because he was recovering more MP and SP per minute. Two times more in fact.
"In any case… to think that I did all this on my own…" Bruce said while looking around and seeing a sea of bodies and bones.
Bruce didn't know anymore if he should feel proud or scared of his growth and adaptability. It was annoying that when he was alone, he started to think too much about all kinds of things. Before Bruce could think too much about that, he saw a kobold leaving the dungeon in the distance… it was better if he rested close to the dungeon.
