Xavier's POV:

My elbow propped against the bed, I stared directly into Tracey's eyes as she spoke, clad in a diaphanous tank top, her stiffened nipples bulging out, but I dared not look any longer, despite how obvious she portrayed them.

"No," I curtly replied, bored out of Tracey, honestly her moans disgusted me last night. I wondered if I was listening to the metaphorical roar of a generator in need of repairs or a revving 404. I just couldn't place what she sounded like.

She rolled her eyeballs exhaustedly, "C'mon, it's just a morning kiss," she coaxed, touching my cheeks and I angrily swatted her hand away, scrunching my nose up at the stench of orgasm that she oozed of, actually, we both boozed of orgasm but if that smell and my natural disgust for her was combined then it was enough to infuriate me.

"Stop!" I said gruffly, glaring at Tracey but she merely betrayed surprise; smiling lightly at me, her eyes still fixated on my glare,

She began, gently and softly, "I know you don't like me, hell, I'd be a fool expecting you to," she chuckled, her eyes glistening with tears, yet she stretched her lips into a loving smile.

"But you mustn't always be insensitive!" she shouted shakily, her lips quivering as she spoke.

Now her eyes were away from my face, her cheeks in the darkest shade of red as she faced the bed.

Unemotionally and insensitively, I whispered, "I don't care."

Her countenance didn't quite falter, rather she laughed, a mild laugh to cloak the evident disgust that situated on her features.

"Right," she whispered, "you're FUCKING XAVIER MARSHALL after all," sotto voce she pronounced, jumping down the bed and grabbing her skirt.

I smirked, opening my mouth to gloat a bit when the gate screeched open. My mouth shut.

"Wakey wakey loves," Ms. Cassy said in a low whisper as she walked into the room, her eyes transfixed on Tracey who was wriggling in her skintight mini skirt, then a mischievous smile formed on her lips and she radiated it to me, winking.

"Morning," Tracey said frustratingly, once her skirt fit into her smooth, tanned legs.

"Let's get going children, chop-chop," she clapped her hands vigorously in my face, but soon her eyes fell on my abs, lust twinkling in her green eyes. "Oh, Xavier, put on something will you." She threw her face away to Tracey.

I chuckled slightly and jerked from the bed.

"You just can't resist staring, can you?" I sucked on my teeth and her face flushed pink.

"No broken hearts in the club, more drinks pour it out, 'cause we gon get it popping tonight," the song filled the alfresco of camp house, boys and girls swaying their hips effervescently to the music, with a plastic cup in their hands; enjoying their last day of camp.

"We've only got one life, so let's go hard till the day we die, no bro..." my voice drifted away when I caught Will dancing with Beverly; their fingers interlocked and Will's hand on her waist.

A pang of anger rushed through me, or was it jealousy?

I squirmed in the sofa seat, I was alone there. Clarke had gone to dance with Charlotte; he really seemed to be into her...

My ringtone interrupted my thoughts, "Holy cow!" I shouted once I saw the caller ID. "She can't be back, NO!" I exclaimed in terror, hell, everyone should be scared of this person.

Shiveringly and trepidly, I answered the call, sighing deeply then I said, "Hey, sissy." Cheerful I guess.

"Don't frickin' sissy me you dumb jerk, where the fuck's my roller skates, mum said you have 'em?!" she barked, yelling harshly into the phone.

"Then you must be back then," I said, ignoring her rage and trying to focus on the succeeding dilemma. Honestly, the past one week that she travelled to California had been the best part of my life, not only was I relieved from mental trauma and stress, I also had the privilege to use some of her fancy stuff; the roller skates being one of them, though they don't fit me any longer.

"Lincoln," she pronounced my middle name with a small but harsh voice, "I'm in your room as I speak to you, and I'm not leaving until I find my skates, so the earlier you tell me where they are the easier you save your room imposing wreck!" she screamed the last words, filling me with overwhelming fear once more.

"Hey, Nance," I began trepidly, knowing very well that she wasn't bluffing, not even in the slightest.

"your skates are in my closet, under..." the phone beeped – she had ended the call.

"Great," I whispered to myself, heaving a deep sigh of relief, yeah I was glad that the call had ended.

I stood up from the sofa in hopes of sighting Clarke or Diane, I truthfully miss her but she had hurt me, she shouldn't have.

The red plastic cup dangled from my hand and it dropped to the floor, wine spilling all over my shoes, my sight got hazy as my legs trembled, sending me crashing back to the sofa as I viewed the environment blurrily, everything seemed to get bigger for a while and then get very tiny like there was none of it at all... I passed out.

"He's gonna be fine," I heard Clarke vaguely, his voice resonating hazily in my head.

A hand loomed over my face and fell on my brow, feeling the heat I was radiating with the back of the hand.

"He doesn't seem right, what happened?" Diane's worried voice sounded closely into my ears, fear and concern laced in her tone as she kept pressing on my forehead.

I flickered my eyes open to the gloomy faces that stared down at me, their faces graced by terror.

"What's goin' on here?" I asked, pulling up from the bed wearily, my head thrumming fervently as I pulled up. Their gloom now changed into pleasant smiles and lovely beams.

I was pulled into a bone-crashing hug by all three of them: Clarke, Diane and Will, I enjoyed the embrace, I had missed the integration for what? Barely a day.

I pulled away from them, disgust etched on my features as I glared at Will and Beverly, "D'you guys even shower? Eww." I scrunched my nose up and stood up from the bed, my bare torso facing my friends as they looked at me in stupefaction, Diane's cheeks had already blushed, Clarke was just gazing at me in concern, obviously wanting to know if I was fine, then Will, he was the only person looking at me in stupefaction actually, his widened eyes were trained on my abdominals.

"Holy cow! When the hell did you get abs!" he exclaimed surprisedly, his eyes still fixed on my stomach in astonishment.

I shook my head, gulping down a glass of water by the nightstand before replying, "Probably when you were with Beverly learning how to be a better douche," I said absent-mindedly, meeting the glass with my lips again.

Someone tutted, it was the famous tsk of...

"You shouldn't be outta bed right now," Diane said soothingly, unusually calm and mild.

I put down the glass and turned around to her, a smirk on my face.

"That bothers you why?" I asked sarcastically, inching closer to her as she blushed, with her head downcast.

"Because you're my friend!" she spat in a breath, her face turned opposite me and my smirk changed to a gawk.

"Wh-wh-what friend are you talking about?" I asked, looking at Clarke with apparent confusion like she was talking nonsense.

"Bro she's right, you've been out for six figgin' hours, you need some rest," he said matter-of-factly, his eyes boring into mine as he spoke.

"Duh, I've rested for six hours." I gave him an eye roll and hung my shirt on my shoulder, staggering out of the room.

The sun pierced into my eyes harshly and I was forced to squint my eyelids, at least till I adjusted to the shiny rays, I staggered forward.

"Hey, wait up," Diane called from behind me, quick scampers advancing towards me but I didn't stop, I staggered some more, noticing that the party was over and the outside of this edifice was almost empty.

Well this wasn't the perfect camping as we thought.

"Hey," Diane called out after catching up with me, breathing hardly in my face.

"Must have cholesterol half this planet." She held her knees and laughed while I blankly gazed at her, my countenance as emotionless as you can ever imagine.

"Is there something you wanna say to me, miss?" I asked, throwing my hands in the air and furrowed my brow.

Diane sucked on her teeth and stood erect and tutted, "I'm sorry," she began and I merely gazed at her, feigning impatience, "it's just that I couldn't lie at that moment and secondly, I was vexed. I just felt you shouldn't treat a girl that way, regardless bro, but I'm sorry, I was insensitive and inconsiderate, but..." she paused, raising her head towards mine to look directly into my eyes before continuing, "but, so were you."

I scratched the back of my head in weariness before turning away, but turned back immediately to look at Diane, "You're- uh- are ya done?" I asked.

Diane nodded gently. "I'm sorry," she whispered.

I turned away and began walking.

"Don't go tonight," her singing sprang up from behind me and I stopped dead in my tracks, not turning around.

"Stay here one more time, remind me what it's like, and let's fall in love,"

I closed my eyes shut as her seamless singing of my favorite song filled my ears.

"One more time, I need you now by my side, it tears me up when you turn me down, I'm begging you please, just stick around" she sobbed.

"I'm sorry, don't leave me, I want you here with me, I know that your love is gone," she whimpered.

"I can't breathe, I'm so weak, I know this isn't easy but don't tell me that your love is gone, that your love is gone." She concluded and I could her the receding of her whimpers, she was walking away.

I turned, walked towards her and held her hand, turning her towards me and in her ears I whispered, "It's been a long day without you my friend, and I'll tell you all about it when I see you again, we've come a long way from where we began and I'll tell you all about it when I see you again, when I see you again." I sang as softly as I could and grinned at her as she grinned back, tears rolled down from her cheeks and I pulled her into a bear hug , hugging her tightly before kissing her forehead.

"I love you too," she whispered cockily as we pulled out.

"Oh, shut up." I smacked her butt and she yelped.
