In front of Nate right now was a man with pale skin and range in appearance from grotesque to preternaturally beautiful, his hear are pointy similar to that of a wolf and had his fang sticking out of his mouth. He was bearing his fang at Nate, without a doubt it was a vampire.
Nate didn't care maybe it was a dream or reality. Quickly he draw out his Katana and stood in a fighting stance. Chris who was Nate opponent had this creepy smile on his face "Now I will be able to enter the vampire Settlement once again". Chris whispered.
Nate heard this and was wondering what "Vampire Settlement" was.
Nate checked through his system and noticed all his skill were active.
Chris charge forward with his hand that had it's finger sticking out like claw. He swipe his claw at Nate, hoping to chop off Nate neck with his one attack, Nate duck quickly, and attack back with his blade, however, Chris deflect the attack easily.
As expected of a vampire hunter. But you are still weak…. Weak to be a vampire hunter, Chris said.
"Vampire hunter" Nate was confused... Nate swing his sword diagonally to the right hoping to cut through Chris body, Chris catch up quickly and match up with Nate strength, Chris dodge the attack and swipe his claw, marking Nate face.
Quickly the mark healed, Nate try the same attack again but same thing happened. I thought all my stats has increased but why are my attack not doing anything, Nate worried.
While Nate was in his own though, Chris ran across the battle field and swipe his claw at Nate rapidly, Before Nate could retaliate Chris would change his direction and attack Nate from another direction. Chris continue this for a long time, after a while he stopped.
-----
In Chris front, Nate could be seen on his kneel, deep marks were all on his body, his body was unrecognizable. Now is time for me to regain my freedom, Chris shouted. And went in for his last blow.
Nate heard Chris clearly and was afraid…. Afraid that this was how is life would end, just then he could feel an energy rising inside him, his eyes were glowing.
>Require has been met<
During those time Nate had been hunting, he had received new notifications tab which he had yet to check and thought of checking it later, now that Nate was experiencing what was happening to him…. He couldn't believe what his sight was seeing right now.
>You have successfully unlock the vampire Hunter class<.
>Choose path<.
>Artificer: The Artificer makes a lot of the Dhampir's traits redundant. You can use Infusions to deal with breathing, to see in the dark, to walk on walls (or fly, preferably), and to use something other than Strength or Dexterity for attack and damage. The Dhampir may enable you to skip over some options for Infusions and spells, but the Artificer can often handle those challenges better so your racial traits will feel redundant and will gradually become obsolete as you gain levels.<
>Barbarian: With the biggest hit die available, Rage, and Unarmored Defense, the Barbarian is a great way to explore Vampiric Bite. However, Rage's damage bonus doesn't apply to Vampiric Bite because you must use Strength to attack in order to get the damage bonus, and Vampiric Bite specifies that you use Constitution for attack and damage. It's not a "may" like the Finesse trait or similar effects, so you're stuck attacking with Constitution.<.
>Bard: For caster bards, the ability to walk on walls and ceilings is a great way to stay out of reach of enemies without spending expensive spell slots on flight. For martial bards, Vampiric Bite is a great option because you don't need to split focus between Dexterity, Constitution, and Charisma at the same time. College of Valor is a better fit than College of Swords thanks to medium armor and shields. Since bards are highly skilled, Vampiric Bite is a great way to further buff your skills on top of Expertise, Enhance Ability, and whatever other shenanigans you can manage.<.
