Aiden gathers all his books for each subject and places them on his study table. He arranges them neatly.
Unknown to Aiden, his newly acquired cleaning skill subtly influenced his actions, making him arrange the books neatly without even realizing it. The skill's effect on his tidiness and organization became evident in small ways like this
Aiden took a glance at the clock, keen to manage his time effectively for each subject. He wanted to allocate sufficient time to cover all the necessary topics without feeling rushed.
Aiden was fully focused on studying physics, absorbing the content of the textbook. But then, he came across a question that looked strangely familiar—it was the exact same question from the previous exam! He couldn't believe his eyes.
Aiden closed his eyes, trying to remember the question paper from his past life using his photographic memory. He focused hard, visualizing the questions and choices in his mind. Thanks to his incredible memory, he could recall each and every question as if it were right in front of him. It was like having a cheat sheet for the exam!
He took out the pen he had won from the lottery and started writing down each and every question on a sheet of paper. With the help of his unlimited ink pen, he smoothly transferred the questions from his memory onto the paper.
He stared at the sheet in his hand, contemplating whether all the questions would be the same as in his past life. As Aiden thought about his mom entering his room in the morning, he realized that it never happened in his past life. It was a completely new thing for him.
Aiden realized that relying solely on his previous knowledge might not guarantee success. It was important to cover all the topics thoroughly and be prepared for any unexpected changes. If all the questions would be the same as in his past life or not, Aiden would find out during his first exam.
Aiden thought about it for a while and decided, "Yeah, I should study properly. Having extra knowledge won't hurt, and it could come in handy if someone asks a question or if I need to help Ava with her studies. Plus, it's always better to be well-prepared for any situation." he knew with his photographic memory skill. he only needed to read the material once to remember it perfectly.
Then he immersed himself in studying once again, With his enhanced reading speed, Aiden was able to flip through pages and absorb the content in a matter of minutes. As he delved deeper into his studies, time seemed to fly by unnoticed.
"Knock Knock" Startled by the knock on his door, Aiden quickly shifted his attention away from his studies and turned towards the door. Aiden walked towards the door and opened it.
Aiden was taken aback when he saw Ava standing at the door, wearing a top that showed off her cleavage, and shooting him an angry glare.
"What were you doing? I've been calling you for the past five minutes," Ava exclaimed, her voice laced with annoyance.
"Uh, umm, I'm sorry. I was so immersed in studying that I didn't hear you," Aiden stammered apologetically.
"Were you so engrossed that you didn't even look at the time?" Ava asked, her voice filled with concern. "It's already 2 PM, and you haven't had your lunch yet. Did you even realize?"
"Sorry, I was so immersed in studying that I didn't realize the time," Aiden admitted sheepishly. "I'll be there in just a minute. Let me quickly finish up this page"
"Wait, did you eat yet?" Aiden asked, looking at Ava with concern.
"Um, I wasn't hungry, so I haven't had my lunch yet," Ava replied, her stomach growling faintly as if in contradiction to her words.
Aiden flicked Ava's forehead gently and said, "You don't have to wait for me. Let's go eat." He momentarily forgot about his studies and led her to the dining room
Ava rubbed her forehead and asked, "What about the last page you were talking about just now?"
"Forget about it for now," Aiden replied with a smile. "Let's focus on enjoying our meal."
Both of them settled down and Aiden casually asked, "Did you cook, or did Mom make it?" He glanced at Ava, curious about the answer. It had been a while since Ava had started learning how to cook, and she took up the task of making lunch.
"I didn't make it, Mom cooked it in the morning. I just warmed it up and served it no start eating it's getting cold," Ava replied, smiling.
"Sure," Aiden replied casually, and he dug into his meal.
As Aiden ate, he couldn't help but notice the smile on Ava's face as she enjoyed her meal.
"How's your studying going?" Aiden asked Ava, a mischievous smile playing on his lips
Looking at his mischievous smile, Ava could sense Aiden's intentions. She playfully responded, "Oh, you should be more concerned about yourself. I don't think you stand a chance of winning against me this time!" She grinned, confident in her own abilities.
"Just you wait, after you lose, you'll have to follow whatever I want," Ava challenged, her voice filled with mischief. "And I can make three outrageous demands that you won't be able to ignore." She looked at Aiden with an evil smile.
"Don't be overconfident, little sister. You can't win this time," Aiden replied, a playful glint in his eyes.
"Have you decided on your three demands and what you want me to do for the week if you win?" Aiden asked, curious about Ava's plans.
"Well, I have decided what you're going to do, but I still haven't decided on two of the three demands," Ava responded. "As for me, I have decided on one of them. What about you? Have you decided on your demands?"
Aiden shook his head and looked at Ava. "Not yet. I've been really focused on studying, so I haven't had the time to think about my demands. But since we still have some time before the results are announced, I'll have enough time to come up with them," he explained.
Ava nodded and looked at Aiden with a mischievous smile. "Oh, I just came up with another demand," she said
Aiden looked at Ava with surprise, his curiosity piqued. "Oh, tell me, what did you decide?" he asked, leaning in slightly.
Ava leaned forward, her voice fading as she started to speak. "So I was just looking at you and I th.." However, midway through her sentence, her spoon slipped from her grasp and clattered onto the table. Startled, she quickly regained her composure.
Unknown to both Aiden and Ava, Aiden's Enchanting Voice skill was subtly influencing Ava, causing her to hesitate and struggle to express herself.
Aiden furrowed his brows in confusion, wondering what she was about to say. "What were you going to say?" he asked,
"Never mind, I'm not telling." She flashed a mischievous smile and refused to tell him.
"Okay, don't tell me," Aiden responded with a playful grin. He was curious about Ava's unfinished statement, but he decided to let it go for now.
After lunch, Aiden surprised Ava by offering to help her with the dishes. He looked at her with a mischievous smile and said, "Hey, let me lend a hand in washing these. I'm feeling generous today."
Ava's eyes widened in disbelief. She had never seen Aiden willingly offer to help with chores without any prompting. "Are you serious? You actually want to wash dishes?" she asked, her voice filled with surprise.
Aiden shrugged nonchalantly. "Why not? I'm in a good mood, and it's about time I show off my dishwashing skills. Plus, it's not fair for you to do all the work."
Ava handed him an apron and pointed towards the sink. "Well, if you insist, Mr. Dishwashing Expert, go ahead and prove yourself."
He put on an apron and stood beside her, ready to tackle the pile of plates and utensils. "Alright, Ava, let's see who can wash the dishes faster and better," Aiden declared,
Ava raised an eyebrow, accepting the challenge. "You're on, brother. But don't think you stand a chance against my dishwashing skills."
With that, they began their dishwashing duel, each trying to outdo the other. Water splashed, suds flew, and laughter filled the air as they raced to clean the plates, bowls, and utensils. Aiden's newly acquired cleaning skills proved to be quite handy, allowing him to wash and rinse with efficiency.
