*SPLATT* Trevor's body plunged to the ground, most of his blood spreading all across the floor as multiple people watched his body suddenly crash.
"The greatest Delicacy humans can offer us. Blood." Queen Aria said as she threw the camera away before dragging Trevor's lifeless body away from the crowd.
Then almost as if her vision failed, it turned dark. Kyle suddenly woke up sitting in the passenger seat next to Christian who was in the driver's seat. He was wearing ANM military gear. They were obviously in a different car as the inside was much larger and there was more space in the back since his servants and Michael were sitting in the backseat.
"What the hell was that?" Christian asked as Kyle opened his eyes.
"Was I asleep?." Kyle asked as he looked out the window.
A couple of hours passed since the ANM met up with Ryoa, they were now about to start collecting the debt a gang in New Jersey owed Ryoa. They were obviously going to be paid for it so this was a job for them.
"It looked more like you passed out for a couple minutes." Christian said as he entered a tunnel. "Are you okay?" He asked as the car started picking up speed.
"Yeah but I just remembered something from when the Queen took over my body." Kyle said as he looked back at Drey and Melissa.
"Who the hell is that?" Christian asked before Drey interrupted his question.
"What did you remember?" Drey asked in an intrigued tone.
"We aren't limited to human blood. We can drink animal blood as well but human blood is one of the best." Kyle said as he ignored Christian's question.
"So you don't nessecarily need to kill people to get the blood, we could get it from other sources. Who is the Queen?" Christian asked agsin.
"She's a Queen I think. I know she's the one who takes control of my body when I'm deprived of blood." Kyle said, not lying about it at all because he genuinely had no idea of who she was.
He remembers her referring to someone as her grandson but he didn't know who she was talking about. There was a small voice in his head telling him that she was referring to him but he had no way of knowing and the fact that he suddenly remembered what she did that night led to other thoughts.
"So it's like a split personality?" Michael asked confusingly as he tightened his gloves.
"No, she's a completely different person. She isn't a ghost either, she's a vampire and she's also alive but I'm not sure where she is." Kyle said as he kept replaying her words in his head.
"We're assuming she's in a place called Blutheim because that's her kingdom but we couldn't find anything about it or her." Drey said.
"I don't think there's any Kingdom besides the United Kingdom." Christian said in a skeptical tone.
"Yeah… I have no idea about that place but she wants us to go there." Kyle said.
"Blutheim is a kingdom from a lost Religion. It used to be seen as the kingdom of the Great King. The Great king was seen as a god to some ancient tribes in the Caribbean islands but everything about the religion and tribes are now lost to history after they were colonized because the soldiers of Spain murdered them for thinking they were going against god. I'm not entirely sure what made them think that though." Michael explained.
"The Great King is the same person the Queen prayed to but how do you know if they were lost to history?" Drey asked.
"I learned about it from my parents, they know every piece of history." Michael said as he immediately looked out the window.
"Can you ask if they know anything about Blutheim?" Kyle asked in an excited tone.
"I would if I knew where they were, they've been traveling endlessly for years now. They never stay in one place for too long." Michael said.
"We'll try to find some information about that later, we could see if Ms.Ellie has any more information about it. everyone we're here." Christian said as he pressed a button that was behind the steering wheel.
The button sent a signal to the Captains in the ANM base so they could watch all of the street cameras to make sure there isn't anyone interrupting the mission and to send backup if needed.
"Why do you think Ms.Ellie would know about it?" Kyle asked before he put a mask on.
"Ms.Ellie has a lot of shit to sell." Michael said as he got out of the car.
Kyle and his servants' gear were a little different compared to the rest of the ANM members including the captains. They were modified to suit the flexibility and attributes of the vampires while also completely protecting their bodies. So the armor plating was made of smaller pieces of metal, resembling joints, which improved the flexibility of the gear. The mask had clear but dense lenses in the eye's to block any small flying object without hindering their ability to daze people. The mouth part was movable to let them drink blood without removing and their hair was all out. Because it was just too beautiful to hide.
For Drey and Melissa even with their gear on, you could tell they were the vampires behind all of the murders because of their hair. It became a symbol of fear as well as beauty, but that beauty was a big part of that fear.
"Yeah, she should know more than me." Michael said with a slight smirk as he got out of the car.
"Where's Ryoa?" Christian said as he looked around.
"He's already here." Michael said as he pointed to a male figure standing next to the entrance of a hotel building that was 12 stories high.
It was nighttime now, this is the time where the ANM makes most of their moves, the same time that the vampires normally appear in New York so most of the people in New Jersey don't really know what they look like. Well news about vampires appearing actually haven't spread much throughout the state or even past it, unless people were actively paying attention to the New York news channels or social media. Although most of the posts made about it were taken down or are in the process of being taken down, you can still see them if you're fast enough.
Christian and Michael were fully aware of this and they were also aware of the fact that most criminal organizations were constantly keeping tabs of the news and some social media posts. To them this means that Kyle and his servants now have a target on their backs, it's obvious that they're either wanted for their organs or their absolute servitude but they had to push those thoughts aside as they might have to focus on killing this gang.
The ANM members were now standing next to Ryoa in front of a hotel named "Hotel Ash". The exterior was made with White Fiber Cement siding, with dark tinted windows leading all the way up to the top which was the 13th floor. There were two glass doors that led into the reception and the interior was made of gray polished porcelain.
"Is the gang on one of these floors?" Kyle asked as he looked through the glass doors.
"No, this entire hotel is the gang." Ryoa said as he looked at the building in spite.
"Looks like they spent that loan on this building. You probably aren't even gonna get it back." Michael said in a mocking tone.
"I am. If not in cash then I'm taking everything they bought with it." Ryoa said in a sour tone as he kept looking at the building.
"This is great." Michael said in a weird excited tone.
"Why did you bring this kid with you? Can he handle getting shot at?" Ryoa said in a sympathetic tone as he looked at Kyle's arms.
"This is the perfect experience for them, they'll stay close to us but personally I think the one who will be able to show him is you, Ryoa." Michael said.
"Yeah, that makes sense." Ryoa said as he looked at Drey and Melissa.
"If we have to split up then I'll consider it." Christian said in a skeptical tone before the glass doors opened.
"Mr. Ryoa!" One of the Hotel assistants said in a surprised tone as he saw Ryoa and the ANM. "I didn't know you were coming today, please come in. I'll have the boss meet with you immediately." The assistant said as he waited for them all with the door opened.
"I've been out here for quite some time, I don't want to waste any more time." Ryoa said as he walked into the Hotel with the ANM team behind him.
"Hey, call the boss right now. Tell him, I'm coming up with Ryoa." The assistant said as he pointed to the reception while heading to one of the elevators.
"Alright." The receptionists said dryly as he picked up the phone and started dialing.
"You first." The assistant said as he waited on the side of the elevator so they could get in first .
Once Ryoa and the ANM members got into the elevator, the assistant pressed the button for the 13th floor before the door closed.
"So what brings this sudden visit today, Mr.Ryoa?" The assistant said as he saw started looking all over the elevator.
"The debt." Ryoa said as he looked at all of the cameras in the elevator.
This intensified the awkwardness in the elevator so the assistant just gave up on conversation and waited for the doors to open. And after a minute it finally did and they were on the 13th floor. All they had to do right now was get to the boss, the hard part is what comes after if the gang's boss doesn't have the money. Christian knew that it meant they would have to kill every gang member in the hotel and was very ready for that despite having such a small group. The part that worried him the most was if Kyle was able to keep up with everyone.
