The moment Xia Xin questioned Jing Mo, he felt something in his heart soften. He sighed, closed his eyes, and leaned back into the couch, taking a long pause before he began to speak.
"I'm from the Jing family in Azuralis," he finally said.
Xia Xin was momentarily stunned. 'The Jing family in Azuralis? I'd heard of them, but didn't know much.'
She had a barrage of questions she didn't voice because she knew, all she had to do was be a good listener.
