Jing Mo awkwardly stayed silent for a moment before finally speaking, "So, was there mouth-to-mouth resuscitation?"
"How could there be! I wasn't unconscious!" Xia Xin immediately retorted.
Reassured, Jing Mo picked up his phone and said, "Your phone should be delivered back to you shortly by Sun Hu. Just stay home today, and you can go back to the set tomorrow."
Xia Xin readily agreed; after all, she didn't want the hassle of going back and forth. Staying at home was far more comfortable than being on set.
It wasn't long before Sun Hu returned with Xia Xin's phone. Gao Xin initially worried that Xia Xin would insist on coming along, but Gao Xin ultimately went home after Sun Hu persuaded her.
Sun Hu thought it would be hard to explain if Gao Xin found out that Xia Xin and Jing Mo were living together.
