Darkon sat behind the wide pillar pretending to be cleaning his sword while he listened to voices in the medicine room. It was as if there was a misunderstanding and someone had been confronted.
After some minutes, the sound of the door being pushed open drew his attention. Coming out of the medicine room was Alexia and beside her was a man he believed was one of the King's knights. They were walking towards his direction, and speaking in hush tones. Silently, Darkon hid himself properly, looking closely at the man and marking his face.
"I'm afraid, my Lady. What if the princess heard what we said?" It was the voice of the man speaking. They had stopped close to the pillar where he hid.
"Do not be afraid, Sir Vincent. If she heard us, she would have confronted us about it. Thankfully we had not said anything yet about the medicines."
"What about the priest?"
